There was a time when I was addicted to the anime called Pokemon. I completed all it's games, watched all it's series, and even spent all my money on Pokemon merchandise. It didn't take me long to realise that I fucked up. I didn't have anymore money to buy food for myself. 

There was an option of selling back all the merchandise and get some of my money back, but would I really do it? Never. 

I died soon due to my foolishness.

"God, if I can get another chance... Please let me go to Pokemon world." 

So were my last words, as I took my last breath.

Wait... I can open my eyes again?

As I reopened my eyes, I found myself on a bed. I was in a room, but I had no idea where exactly I was.

Was I perhaps taken to the hospital by someone who found me nigh dead? Then again, I don't think an unknown patient would be kept in such a luxury house. 

So, where am I?

"Hello? Is anyon—!!" 

What?! This is not my voice! Huh?

Suddenly I felt a pain in my head, like a Pikachu might have used his electric bolt on my head. Such stinging pain!

"I-I see. I am... Reincarnated?" Unknown memories rushed into my head, and I remembered who I am. 

I am Noah Cosmos in this life. First son of Edward Newman and hier of the world's biggest company, Pokézon. I am living in the world of Pokemon!

"Holy! God really listened to my words? Yes! My adventures, my journeys, my Pokemon companions, I am coming!!"

—Bam!

The gate was opened, and a maid walked in. 

Soon after seeing me, she nodded and walked out of the room. A minute later, she came back with an old man.

"Father..." This old man is my new father, Edward Newman.

"Oh son, I am so glad you are alright. Anyways, it's about time for you to attend the buisness meeting. Today's is more important, it can cause us billions of dollars. You look pretty much fine to me. I don't care if your injuries are still hurting, just get ready immediately and meet me outside."

Yeah, my father is same as always, only caring about money. He really doesn't care about his family. There's also a rumour that he inherited this company after killing his brothers and his father.

"Y-Yes father. I wi..." 

I am very much dependent on him though, so I just have to listen to him. But, as I stood up, I immediately fell to the ground. My legs were numb.

"Tch, you can't even stand up yet? What the hell? Listen carefully you shit of a son, if I loose even a single dollar today, you will face serious punishment."

Saying that, he glared at the maid and walked out of the room, slamming the door behind him.

"Uh..." I kind of expected it to go like this, but I don't know if I should have acted like this. 

Yes, the falling to the ground and not being able to walk was an act. Obviously I would have noticed earlier if my legs were numb. I wouldn't have fallen like some stupid person. Yes, my legs are numb, but that doesn't mean I can't stand properly. Though, now I am a bit afraid of what kind of punishment I might get.

I stood up and got back on the bed. In this world, it's almost nighttime, but I don't think I will be able to sleep peacefully now.

I looked towards the maid and recognised her as Amelia. She's 16, oh and I am 13 right now. She's three years older than me. 

I was told that Amelia ran away from her house at the age of 10, but I doubt that's the truth. I am not stupid enough to believe whatever that father of mine tells me.

Amelia nodded towards me with an expressionless face and walked out of the room.

Hmm, now that I am alone in this room... I should think about how I am going to escape this father of mine and live my... ADVENTUROUS LIFE!!!
