Damage Dealt

Latching onto the King, Xilo saw a trail of red liquid run down his blade for a couple seconds before he registered it as blood. "So he does bleed." Feeling the ground beginning to rumble beneath him, he was confused for a couple seconds until an explosion went off a little ways away from him along with a yell. Turning he saw Daral fly up in the air as some of his clothes were torn off in the process. "So that's what he did." With the whole ground becoming an explosion field Xilo tried to kill the king faster.

"Just die, dammit."

"It's not that easy."

*Crshk*

The light beneath him got brighter nearly blinding him before he felt an explosion at his feet that tore through his body. Stumbling a little bit he managed to stop himself from flying but the damage he had suffered because of it wasn't so simple. His legs felt like they wanted to explode themselves as they struggled to keep him standing. He was sure if it wasn't for the king currently in front of him he might have already fallen down. "So much power." The King had gotten weaker since his Darkness activated and yet he still managed to deal a lot of damage to him.

"So that's what she meant by power."

"Get off me!"

Wiping around he felt his blood draining as Xilo's dagger dug deeper. Grabbing Xilo's arm he twisted it as he applied pressure trying to crush it and force him to let go. "He won't let go." No matter how hard he tried though Xilo refused to budge. He wasn't really too surprised about it though since he had already seen through the kind of person he was for the most part. With that in mind he let more explosions go off and do the work for him. If he was going to be stubborn then he was happy to do it this way instead.

"Fine, have fun dying."

Watching their wounds heal Marie sat over top of the two girls as she clutched their hands hoping for the best. "I don't know what you did but thank you." Seeing how much it was helping them she felt a little bad for distrusting Xilo but that could wait. "I need Felli at least." If she wanted her plan to work she needed Felli's help or it would be useless. Without her these explosions might kill all of them given time. Focusing more on Felli she hoped for her recovery to speed up enough.

"Getting closer Felli?"

"Yeah just give me a minute more then I think we can pull it off. His power seems to have weakened for some reason so with your help it should be doable now."

"I noticed that too, tell me when you're ready though alright?"

"I will."

Finally removing the giant earth spike in Felli's stomach Marie felt her body relax slightly as one of her biggest worries was solved. Without Xilo's help that wouldn't have been possible so soon. With the most dangerous part gone it was just a matter of time now. While she waited Marie set up an air current that travelled around the room covering everyones body even the Kings. Less than a minute had passed by the time Felli squeezed her hand signaling she was ready.

"Go for it then, I'm here if anything goes wrong."

Weakly Felli nodded as she looked around the room at her Gravity field. Before it was a lot weaker just letting them stand however now it was different. She didn't know why exactly but she felt like she could do a lot more with it now and with the floor filled with explosions it was the perfect time. Strengthening her energy she blended it with Marie's as she made her Gravity field a lot stronger. "This should work." Without Marie's help this might not have been possible alone but together it was definitely doable. With all her energy set up she nodded to Marie.

"Now!"

With that another explosion went off around them as they began to float in the air. Uplifted so suddenly everyone in the room panicked for a quick second before they realized what happened. Forcing their energy into keeping them afloat they all avoided any more damage from the Kings attack. In return though Marie was now out of the fight since she had to help Felli keep it up. "We did what we could, up to you four now." Squeezing Tearia's hand she wondered if she would be able to fight again at this rate.

""Smart girls.""

Getting used to the floaty feeling all four of them simultaneously thought the same thing as they avoided any more damage as the King's face filled with frustration. No matter how much he tried he couldn't force them back onto the ground again. "I'm too weak...?" Faced with that thought he tried to ignore it as more pain dug into him as he saw the red headed man fly at him. None of them were used to this but with Marie helping guide them a bit they could move much easier then the King. If they kept it up at this rate the King would be defeated and they would be free.

With Xilo still holding the King in place Zilan rushed towards him having taken the least amount of damage and punched him straight in the gut as he tried to fight back. With two of them though constantly attacking him it wasn't easy to defend himself in unfamiliar conditions. He had flown before but this was different and it had been a very long time since those days. Now he was lucky if could even jump a few meters of the ground, so fighting two people floating in the air, pinned in place was not an easy task for him.

"Dammit."

Blocking one of Zilan's punches he tried his best to survive, that's all he could do at this point.

"I will not fall here....."

There wasn't much power in his voice though.

Enjoy.
