So it wasn't that Michel Voight completely brainwashed them. He just merely provided that avenue to vent their frustrations.
So they weren't actually under his control. Nay, they were just using his cause as a means to justify their inadequacies.
In a way, just as Michel Voight was using them to achieve his goal of dominating Nathan and proving his superiority to him, the cadets were also making use of Michel Voight to let go of the inadequacies they felt.
It was a negative relationship from both sides and it was truly beyond pathetic.
Nathan wondered why they would agree to such a horrible relationship.
Taking a deep breath, Nathan finally understood what he had done wrong. In some ways, this event had helped him understand that he was seriously lacking in plans to empower mankind against the Apocalypse.
