Thus, it was just a question of removing it. Detaching the brain from the rest of the body would cause its body to quickly die off and with no body to make use of to search for food for nourishment, the brain would quickly die off.
Once she figured it out, everything else was easy. As she stared at the Man-eater struggling to grab a hold of her, she made her move.
