Cyron looked at Zion as he approached him and a smirk appeared on his face and Zion glanced at him then sighed and Cyron scoffed, wondering why every time he sighed, he sounds as though he was fed up with things.
Rivar looked at Cyron, wondering what he had to tell Zion, since he was a bit worried especially because he knew the type of people, Cyron was working for.
"What's the matter? Why do you sound so fed up?" Cyron asked and Zion glanced at him.
"Where do you want me to start?" Zion asked and Cyron flinched with a slightly nervous smile on his face and Rivar chuckled.
"Should have known that would be his answer, this guy can be quite gloomy at times so please do not mind him," Rivar said and Cyron laughed then patted Rivar on the shoulder.
"Seems like you have a lot to handle as well, well are you here to talk about what I said earlier, Zion?" Cyron asked and Zion looked at him.
"Yeah, since I will be leaving here by tomorrow afternoon, I wanted to hear what you have to say," He responded and Cyron smiled at him.
"Got it, then tell me, what do you say to coming with me to my city?" He asked.
"To your city? Now why would I want to do that?" Zion asked and Cyron scoffed.
"My boss would like to meet you, besides it's one of the big cities, far bigger than this, jobs are better and so is the pay there, though some people and be too full of themselves and loves to look down on others, but that's something you can handle no?" He asked.
Both Rivar and Zion left staring at him and Zion's brows furrowed as he lowered his gaze, while thinking about something and Rivar glanced at him.
"Are you seriously considering it right now?" Rivar asked and Zion glanced at him then sighed.
"Yeah, of course I am, I have to if I want to move forward Rivar, I said something similar to you once before, when it's time for me to go, nothing is going to keep me back," He responded and Rivar lowered his gaze, knowing what he was saying was the truth, since he did tell him more than once before.
"Woah, that's a bit..." Cyron said as he lowered his gaze and Rivar sighed before smiling.
"You are right, we all have to move forward at some point, I know you have set yourself to achieve a goal in your life, I don't know what but from the way you do things, I know that it is serious, I will support you, Zion," Rivar said and Cyron smiled at the young man.
"I can see you two are good friends, if you don't mind me asking, what is your goal?" Cyron asked.
"To rise to the top, I am going to the main city, I have work to do there," He responded and Cyron left staring at him, as did Rivar.
"What?" Rivar asked.
"Take me seriously or don't, it doesn't really matter but I am being serious and it's what I intend to do, I have my reasons but please don't ask me what they are because I will leave you hanging, let's say some people just really pissed me off," He responded with a slight smile.
'This guy... Why is he giving me the dangerous vibe, even just by the way he is talking? Am I just being paranoid or what?' Cyron thought before exhaling deeply.
"You are a bit intense, that much I have to say, you are serious that much I can tell, don't worry, I won't ask why since it would just be a waste of time," Rivar said and Cyron chuckled.
"I think my boss is going to like you, so what decision are you going to make, or do you want me to give you a little more time?" Cyron asked as the thought about what Zion had just said about what he wanted to be lingered in his head.
"I don't need more time to think about it, just tell me when you guys are ready to go and I will come with, you are right, your city can be a greater push," He responded and Cyron's brows furrowed.
"All right, so you will come with us tomorrow?" Cyron asked and Zion nodded.
"Yeah, I will. it's better if I go now before certain things just gets worse or harder," He responded and Cyron smiled at him.
He did not understand what Zion meant by the things he was saying but Cyron knew that whatever it was, it was important, and he obviously needed to get it done.
"All right, if that's what you want then we shall wait for you at the entrance of the city tomorrow mid-day time, is that okay with you?" Cyron asked.
"Sounds good to me," He responded then Cyron smiled at him.
"Good, I like people like you guys, you are good to have around, also. at first, I was surprised when he said to bring you to him after we clear the dungeon, uh... Even if it meant by force," He said and Zion's brows twitched.
"What did you just say?" He asked and Cyron smiled at him.
"Don't worry, he was just joking around," He responded.
"No, from the way it looks, it doesn't sound like he was joking to me, you boss is quite shady isn't he?" Rivar asked and Cyron chuckled then shrugged.
Rivar laughed at Cyron's reaction and Zion exhaled deeply then patted Cyron on his shoulder.
"Don't worry, I will meet him in person soon enough, for now good night," Zion said.
"Good night," Cyron replied then Zion left with Rivar with their things, heading to their apartment.
'I know who he is, let's see how things go this time, I will make sure everything goes in my favor, no matter what,' Zion thought with his eyes narrowed as they arrived at the apartment then went inside.
Zion went to freshen up immediately as did Rivar and when both of them finished, they had dinner.
Rivar wanted to talk to Zion a bit more about him leaving and during dinner, he decided to ask.
"Zion, can we talk about you leaving, we can do it now or tomorrow morning if ou want, as long as we do?" Rivar asked.
"Fine, let's talk in the morning, for now get some rest," Zion responded and Rivar nodded then they continued eating their dinner.
When they finished eating dinner, both of them went to call it a night and within no time, they fell asleep but, while Zion was sleeping, the sword that laid on the shelf beside him, began glowing, the one that he picked up from the dungeon and his body began glowing slightly as well.
