From frying pan into fire
Kaden checked his system interface and his log out option was grayed and unavailable. There was also no other portal in the vicinity. Then how was he supposed to get out of here?
Before Kaden started freaking out, he decided to first check the gun again.
Thankfully, half of the gemstone was still remaining which meant that if he fired the gun again probably a portal back to the game world would be opened? But how would that even work?
It looked like the portal to this world was opened randomly. Didn't that mean the return portal would be random as well?
While Kaden was thinking about this, suddenly rumbling noises sounded in the distance. His face changed as he noticed that the rumbling noises were becoming louder and louder.
Before he could react, a giant figure arose from the sands. The figure was immense, its silhouette disturbing the fiery horizon of the desert.
