Region Firenze has four giant cities one in the north known as Gallus, the one in the east is Justus, Isra in the west and Emperor in the south. These four massive cities were engulfed by a single spell making every single person inside weakened. This move was also the solution they had in case the Chen family used a teleporter since the three other cities have a portal that can take anyone to another continent. A swift travel from the teleporter then to a portal would surely help him escape.
