1.5 HER TASTE.

Sasha was enraged, no one has ignored her presence as Giovanni did. Since the moment she met him, she knew that he was a very rich and powerful man. Although he was in a bad state, his clothes were not something anyone could afford and the watch on his had was Breguet No. 160 which was auctioned for 30 million dollars this year. About how she knew so much, its, because she was there with her boyfriend *cough* sugar daddy *cough* and her 'boyfriend', told her everything she asked him. Giovanni was not only rich but very handsome, Sasha could even sleep with a bald head, fat bellied 50 year old man for money. So when she saw Giovanni, she didn't think twice before throwing Luis away and tried seducing Giovanni. Although she had started to like Luis in front this Greek god she completely abandoned him.

Even when Giovanni was ignoring them she was still persistent in her approach, at first, Luis thought that Sasha has always been enthusiastic and was just being friendly to Giovanni but when he saw her ignoring him and always being so clingy to Giovanni he confronted her.

"Sasha aren't you being too friendly to him? What, now that you found someone else better looking so you are going to throw me away just like that." Luis said after he dragged her away from the man on the beach.

With teary eyes and an aggrieved tone, she said "Luis how can you say this about me, I like you so much how can I leave you for anyone else you are the only one for me. Just take a look at him he looks someone with power and wealth and he is looking around as if waiting for something, I think that somehow he has managed to ask for help and is waiting for help to arrive. If we stay together with him maybe we can be saved too."

She said in a way as if she is doing this for his own good and with her appearance of someone being bullied, His heart softens as he told himself that his Sasha was doing this so that they could get off this island. Luis did not see the glint of slyness past through her eyes as he was busy blaming himself for accusing his girlfriend when she was always caring for him.

Later when Sasha saw Giovanni who was so indifferent and cold all his way here show a smile when he saw a women so beautiful even girls would blush to look at her and show fear and anxiousness when he saw her faint, she knew that this woman was a very difficult rival.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, the fleeting colours of dusk began to fade away. The charcoal-black rocks circled around small pools of water, shimmering confidently before dark fell upon them. It has been five hours since Alisa fainted, Giovanni has been worried sick for her, her temperature is normal and she did not show any signs of discomfort or unnaturalness. It was like she just fell asleep and that is what terrifies Giovanni. How can a healthy person just fall asleep like that? He knew just sitting here and worrying about her would do no good, so he went to the room which stored the radio and sends transmission one after another to his gang to hurry up the rescue and to bring a doctor with them. He could only send transmissions one way without getting any reply, but he knew for sure that his gang received his signals. He at least had that much confidence in himself. Now all he had to do was wait.

While Giovanni was doing all this Alisa was stuck in her own consciousness.

"System what happen to me? Where in the world am I? Did I die again just by seeing Sasha's face?  Wouldn't that make her way to OP?"

"Calm down host, you did not die. After you got the memories and feelings of 99 different lifetimes all at once your mind couldn't handle so many negative emotions and in order to protect you, it locked all the painful emotions and only gave you the memories. With your current soul power, you cannot experience all the emotions at once, if you do so there is a high chance for you to go crazy because of so many negative emotions. So from now on until the host's soul and mental power is strong enough, for the host's well being system will lock all the other emotions except for this lifetimes. The host will only feel the emotions of Alisa and not of any other incarnation."

After hearing what the system said Alisa fell into her thoughts.

"Is that why when I got the memories I only felt despair and heartbreak, those were my own feelings after seeing my miserable end. At that time I thought I was feeling their emotions, no wonder it did not affect me much. If after experiencing the pain of 99 lifetimes I could still be sane then that would be a miracle."

"System when can I go back." Alisa didn't even want to waste a second here. Before falling unconscious she saw Giovanni desperately run towards her and the fear and anxiousness on his face were not fake. A person's eyes cannot lie and in his eyes, she saw something which made her tremendously happy, because at that moment his eyes told her that her feelings were not one-sided, that he too cared for her.

"Host you can just close your eyes and open them later."

Without delay, she did as she was told to. When she opened her eyes she saw a naked chest in front of her, when she tried to move she realized that she was in someone's harms, that meant someone was holding her to sleep!! she didn't panic at that thought because she could smell Giovanni's scent. After realizing it was Giovanni holding her, her body instinctively relaxed showing her full trust on this man.

While she was in her thoughts Giovanni's handhold her chin making her look at his face while laying down with Giovanni holding Alisa, her head was buried in his chest for her to look at him she had to stretch her head upwards. When Alisa made contact with Giovanni's gaze she saw many emotions in his eyes, but before she could decipher his emotions she saw his face near hers, the moonlight shined on his face making him look all the more mysterious she did not dare close her eyes thinking if closed this moment will be nothing but a dream before she knew it his lips were on hers kissing her, softly at first, and then with a swift gradation of intensity that made her cling to him as the only solid thing in a dizzy swaying world. His insistent mouth was parting her shaking lips, sending wild tremors along her nerves, evoking from her sensations she had never known she was capable of feeling. And before a swimming giddiness spun her round and round, she knew that she was kissing him back.

For a long time, Giovanni kissed Alisa revealing his fears of losing her, his anxiety, his love for her. They have been together for weeks and Giovanni is sure that Alisa is unaware of how she amazes him by showing how wise she is, how she unknowingly rules him, how she puts him off and then lures him back, how her sides each one different from the other still awaits him. Giovanni doesn't know when he fell in love with Alisa, maybe it because of aloof and not caring attitude when he saw her sleeping on a crashing plane, when everyone else was running around and panicking she sat there asleep as if an immortal from another world not caring if the plane crashes or not, or was it because of her confident attitude and the elegance in her bones when she jumped off the plane without any hesitation or fear or was it because he saw her gentleness when treating his wounds trying to lessen his pain, or was it because of the pride he saw on her face the moment when she confidently told him not to worry because she had already taken care of his problem. Maybe he fell in love with her the more he saw her new sides, he had never seen a woman so enchanting.

After being unconscious for ten hours when Giovanni saw Alisa open her eyes, no more could he control his feelings, the need to make her his, to tell her how he feels, to taste the lips which have been tempting him since the first time his sight fell on then. So for the first time, Giovanni let go of all his restrains and consumed by the desires he did the only thing he could think of. He kissed her like a man who had been tortured with thirst, now being slaked. The moment he felt her body stiffen he regretted his impulsive action, but when she kissed him back made him feel euphoric.

They kissed like there was no tomorrow. The next moment Giovanni flipped himself on top of Alisa while pinning her hands above her head with one hand and supporting himself with another as to not crush her with his weight. Alisa was surprised with Giovanni's actions thus opened her eyes, she saw his eyes filled with adoration and lust. It made her ecstatic for her feelings were reciprocated, nervous for what could happen next but also fear, she was afraid that if this continues and they sleep together Giovanni would later regret it, she was afraid that he didn't love her.

Who was Giovanni, how could he not guess what she is thinking? Even though he knew she was afraid of going too far he still kissed her again and again, they don't know how long they kissed but Giovanni had to stop or else she would suffocate.

Giovanni buried his face in her hair. Alisa felt his lips move against her ear when he said: " Let me hold you for a while."

"Mmm" she didn't know what else to say, she didn't know what he was thinking wither he regrets kissing her or not.

"I-I was scared when you just fainted. Even the doctor said that there was nothing wrong with your body, he said that you were just asleep. You didn't wake up for ten hours straight, when the help came I carried you onto the yacht and have been waiting for you to wake up." he was so near to my ear and a voice so deep, I could feel his breaths on my neck making my head feel dizzy.

Giovanni lift himself off Alisa and lay motionless beside her facing the ceiling. Confused and muddleheaded Alisa stood up and decided to get out of this room first and then calm down before having a talk with Giovanni.

Looking at her ready to bolt gesture the corner of Giovanni's lips twitched, heaving a sigh he pulled her back on the bed, before pressing her under his body. Looking at the once confident and prideful woman now face flushed red and teary-eyed obediently lay under him, made him feel absolute satisfaction.

"Did you regret responding to my kiss? is that why you are running away or are you now afraid of me? Did you hate my touch?" Giovanni asked while caressing Alisa's face. Although he asked in a very gentle voice the heaviness in his voice betrayed his current dark mood.

"It's not what you I-I..." Alisa has never been this nervous in her whole life, she wanted to tell him that she didn't regret kissing him and didn't hate his touch but she didn't know how to express her feelings.

When Giovanni saw Alisa's reaction he interpreted it as her being afraid of him.

"If you are offended by my actions, I would like to apologize for my rude behaviour. My family had sent us help and we are on the yacht going to the northern islands, you don't have to worry I will safely escort you to back home once we reach the northern islands. After that, we won't see each other so you don't have to be afraid." Saying what he wanted to say he got off her and made his way to the door.

"You can't just say what you want to and then leave, at least listen to what I have to say." Before Alisa was overwhelmed with this body's emotions and the sudden kiss from Giovanni caught her off guard so she was not in the right mind to think but when she heard him say that they would not meet again, she came back to her senses.

Giovanni was first shocked but then thought that Alisa wanted to vent her anger on him, so he turned around and stood in front of her. Sitting on the bed with messy clothes and swollen lips, with puffy eyes looking as if bullied he just wanted to hold her in his arms for the rest of his life but he knew right now he couldn't. He told her that they would never see each other again but how can he let go her just like that, even right now he was planning of ways to make her fall in love with him.

Looking at the man lost in thoughts in front of her Alisa didn't know whether to cry or laugh. She just pulled the man on the bed and sat on him straddling his waist, then she arrogantly tilled his chin with her finger making him look right into her eyes.

Giovanni was mesmerized by her look, he thought that she would vent her anger on him or even slap him but what happened next left him stupefied. She bends her waist making her hair fall on his face and kissed him.

Giovanni didn't come back to his senses until her lips left his.

"Stupid! How can I let you kiss me if I didn't want to." Alisa said while resting her forehead on his.

Giovanni slowing processed her worlds and hugged her tight. "I thought I would have to chase you once we reach northern islands but it's better this way I wouldn't have to go through the pain of losing you even its for only a few days." He said with a small but relieved smile.

"So you never did plan on letting me go."

"Of Course not how can I let you go, not even over my dead body," Giovanni said while kissing her forehead.
