Drunk

Gu Zhen poured himself a glass of wine and sipped it, it tasted great.

In front of him was a young woman who was tied up, she was beaten to an extent even her own mother would not recognize her.

"Gu Zhen I'm sorry! I'm sorry please don't do this!", The woman's whole body shook as she pleaded.

"Why? Why should I forgive you when you tried to poison my family member?", Gu Zhen shook the glass slowly and took another sip of wine.

"I'm sorry! I was wrong! Please let me live, I have a son! I'm his only family.", Tears flowed down the cheeks of the woman.

"A son? Wow... does your son know the kind of job you do?", Gu Zhen's head was low, he had never even glanced at the woman for once.

The woman trembled, that's right! Her son didn't know she was an assassinator!

Before the woman could think once more she had been shot in the head by a masked man totally dressed in black standing not too far from Gu Zhen.

Gu Xiao took off his mask and the gloves and around his hand after throwing the gun onto the table.

A few men also dressed in black came around and carried the lifeless body away.

Gu Zhen lifted his head, sipped his wine and rested his head on his throne.

"Hey how did it go with the girl? Did she accept the presents?", Gu Xiao probed his head curiously.

Gu Zhen opened his bloodshot eyes and glared at Gu Xiao.

"Hey bro who's annoyed you? Ever since you returned from the girl's place you seemed to be in a very bad mood", Gu Xiao poured himself a glass of wine and gulped it all in one go.

Gu Xiao sighed and walked away, this guy was ignoring him once more and throwing a tantrum?

Gu Zhen smashed the glass in his hands against the wall.

Sometimes he asked himself why he had fallen for that little girl, he Gu Zhen had promised himself never to fall in love because he never believed in it.

However this girl had caused some emotions to rise up in him the moment she stared at him.

Ning Xi walked into the bar she had gone to the first day she had transmigrated.

This place wasn't as lively as it was in the evening, Ning Xi sat at the counter and asked for a glass.

The waitress at the counter frowned as she sized up Ning Xi, what was this youngster doing here and asking for a glass?

"Sorry but I don't serve babies!", The waitress replied coldly.

Ning Xi frowned, did she really look that young? But the last time Tan Yu had been able to drink so why couldn't she?

"You're definitely fourteen right? I only serve sixteen and above!", The waitress said.

'Fuck!'

'Do I actually look like I'm below fifteen?For heavens sake I'll be seventeen this year!'

"Miss I'm not below fifteen, I'm seventeen and I'm in high school year two!", Ning Xi said.

The young waitress rolled her eyes, this little girl was definitely lying, she must be below fifteen!

The waitress sighed and poured Ning Xi a glass, since she wanted it she would give to her.

Who cares? All she needed was her money after all.

Ning Xi smiled pleasantly upon seeing how nice the beer looked, it would definitely taste great since it had a strawberry flavour.

Ning Xi lifted the glass and gulped it all down at once.

The beer tasted very nice, Ning Xi loved strawberry flavoured stuffs since strawberry was her favourite.

The beer was extremely strong but since it was strawberry flavoured she took three more glasses.

Ning Xi had very low alcohol tolerance, she should have stopped after taking one glass however she took three more causing her to lose her senses.

Ning Xi moved to the stage, took a microphone and started singing and dancing.

"Life is like a big merry go round. You're up and then down.

Going in...", Ning Xi had heard this song recently and loved it very much.

"Who's this girl? She's so damn hot and beautiful, it would feel so good to have her to myself!", One man with a big fat belly murmured as he licked his lips.

"Hey buddy who's that pretty girl over there? Never seen her around here have you?", one guy tapped his friend.

"Hmm she looks so nice how about we go over and have some fun there?", the other giggled and dragged his friend towards the stage.

Ning Xi was busy dancing and singing when she noticed two guys around her, their eyes filled with lust.

"Hey young girl, you're so pretty what's your name?", The first guy licked his lips upon hearing how sweet her voice was.

"Yeah you're really pretty do you have a boyfriend?", The second guy giggled and reached out his right hand to touch her face.

"Get lost!", Ning Xi slapped away his hand harshly.

"Hey pretty come down, we're not here to harass you, how about we send you home? Your parents must be worried by now!", The second guy grabbed her hand.

"Scram!", Ning Xi kicked his gigolo with all her strength causing him to fall to the floor in excess pain.

"Bitch!", The guy held his pants, this girl had used a strength no one would expect she had since she looked so small.

"Bitch are you mad? I'll teach you a lesson!", The first guy lifted his hand ready to slap her when a hand appeared from nowhere and grasped it.

"Who the hell...", The guy was shocked and turned around to see whoever it was, upon seeing the man before him he froze.

"Who...who are you?", The guy stuttered as he struggled to free his hand however the guy seemed to be extremely strong.

"I'm your worst nightmare!", Gu Zhen smirked and twisted the guy's hand.

"Ahhhh...!", the guy screamed and fell to the floor and held his twisted hand.

Ning Xi's eyes met Gu Zhen's, she stared at him for a while and snorted.

"I didn't need your help, I could have dealt with him!", Ning Xi turned around and started to walk away.

"Would your parents be happy if they saw you drunk and being harassed?", Gu Zhen uttered behind her.

Ning Xi froze upon hearing his words however she did not turn back.
