chapter 19 Rudra's Anger

At the club a few hours before .

Abeer and Adhya were enjoying their time dancing in each other's arms on the dance floor . Rushali was also present there with her fifth boyfriend enjoying the dance floor .Or can better say making her boyfriend's life hell with her desi dance moves .

After getting tired, they all settled on the nearby table and ordered their drinks. Abeer spotted his some college friends there so he took Adhya to introduce them ,after some formal chit chat Adhya found that rushali was sitting all alone on the table which they left before . She told Abeer that she is going to give company to Rushali .

Rushali was drinking shot after shot because of her fifth breakup which happened 10 minutes before .Adhya was trying to console her and stop her from drinking more ,she was so busy in this that she failed to notice what Abeer is doing on the other table with his friends .

While chatting, a bet was started between Abeer and his friends . Who will drink the maximum shots?

Abeer was the winner with more than 20 shots of strong alcohol. His group of friends had to attend another party too so they bid goodbye to Abeer and left from there .

Adhya was still struggling with rushali,she looked towards abeer's table to ask some help from abeer for handling rushali but she was shocked to see Abeer who was half lying on the table . Adhya rushed to him. She had never seen Abeer so drunk before ,she was worried, scared and anxious too watching him in this state .

Now she has to handle two drunk people at a time .She kept her calm and decided to drive Abeer to his home. She also decided to take rushali to her home for tonight as she is also in a bad condition .

A group of five bulky boys were witnessing this scene with keen interest ,they were already fascinated by adhya's beauty ,all dirty thoughts were going in their minds .

Adhya somehow took Abeer and rushali with the help of some of the crowd outside the club . She asks for the keys of the car from Abeer ,but as Abeer being Abeer left the keys on the table inside the club .

Adhya didn't want to go back but there was no option left so she left Abeer with rushali and returned inside the club . She started searching for the keys on the tables on which they were sitting before but nothing was found .Suddenly a voice from behind shocked her .

"Looking for this baby doll "

Adhya turned around to see five bulky goons were standing close to her, one of them having the keys of Abeer's car . She didn't answer and tried to leave the place as she knows that these boys are not having any intention of giving the keys back so to avoid more trouble she decided to leave .

"Ooh where will you go without a car ,just give us what we want and we will drop you to your home" .A boy told Adhya with a smirk .

Adhya was surrounded by them and they were not giving her any space to run . She pushed a boy and made arun outside the club. She just wanted to reach abeer ,then she called someone to help .

The goons also followed her as she was a beauty they never wanted to miss . On the way Adhya crashed into someone , she wanted to ask for help from that person when she looked up and found the familiar hazel green eyes staring at her in worry .Adhya got relieved as she knew that nobody can harm her now as the saviour is with her .

Present time at garima 's house in London .

Rudra entered the house and Sameer followed holding abeer,. Who was still not able to stand on his own .

Rudra took the hold of abeer' s collar and dragged him to the nearest washroom . Rudra switches on the shower and holds abeer under the shower .

As soon as the cold water drenched abeer he started coming back to his senses . Rudra was standing beside him equally drenched in water . Sameer was looking at this scene from the doorway .

Abeer soon able to open his eyes he found Rudra holding him and glaring at him with red eyes . He shuddered in fear of his anger.

Abeer tried to apologise as he knew that he must have done something that is the cause of Rudra's anger .

"Bhai voh "( brother that)

Rudra didn't give him time and pulled him outside the washroom holding his collar tightly. Sameer was silently following them.

As they reached the living area a loud slap was heard , Rudra slapped abeer with such a force that he fell down on the floor .

"What is this haa ? You used to do this kind of behaviour in London behind my back haan tell me abeer ?

": You know what must have happened if we didn't reach on time at the club, some goons were molesting adhya and you didn't care about that right ."

" Tell me, are you going to treat your wife like this after marriage haa ? And where the hell was your security tell me ."

"Bhai ... i ...i refused them to accompany us as we are meeting after a long time ,for privacy you .... know" he hung his head low in embarrassment.

"Great, just great! you don't want security and want to get drunk like this without bothering about the consequences ."

" Trust me abeer this is my first and last warning for you ,mend your ways or I will cancel this wedding too. Because if you are going to take your responsibility like this then it's better for you and for us that you will remain unmarried all your life .Now just go to sleep ."

Rudra stomped out of the living room and banged the bedroom door .

Abeer started sobbing sitting on the floor ,sameer rushed to him

" You know ,na chote how much he loves you ,i agree he should not have slapped you but .."sameer and rudra used to call abeer "chote" .As sameer doesn't have any sibling and abeer was born when he and rudra was eleven year old .,sameer take him as his younger brother too .

"What are you saying bhai ?,i owe my life to him this slap is nothing if he asked for my life i will give to him happily ."abeer stated sadly

Listening to this, Sameer felt proud of Abeer as he knows Rudra's sacrifices for his family .He helped Abeer to reach his bedroom and left to have some sleep as after so much chaos everyone needs some rest .

Rudra pov

When I entered the bedroom I banged my hand on the table. I still cannot believe I hit my brother ,my abeer but he deserves it .

Just a few hours before I was discussing the wedding arrangements that we have to do tomorrow with Sameer .When on a call Mahesh made me connect to the pI of Abeer who informed me about Abeer's bad condition.

We rushed to the given address. After reaching there I saw abeer and a girl were supporting each other .But adhya was not present near them. I told Sameer to hold on abeer and went in search of adhya .

Suddenly a girl in a very short dress crashed with me when she looked up ,i was shocked to see adhya but i was more furious to see her sweating badly i worry , i hold her hand and started walking to sameer ,at that same some a tattooed boy tried to pull aadya from her other hand . Then I lost control of my anger. I wanted to beat the blue and black but there was no time for this . After dealing with the two punks, I held Adhya 's hand again and left from there .The whole time Adhya kept her eyes low ,I knew that her dress was making her more abashed in front of me .

Than we drive to adhya's home, adhya helped her friend to get down from the car but the other girl's drunken state was not helping her so we got down to help adhya

The drunk one hugged me as soon as she got down and started singing a cheap song , and my brother was ready to give a background music .adhya somehow convinced her as she was not ready to leave me but adhya got an idea of my anger and she somehow with the help of Sameer entered her house .

I don't know how to make Abeer understand that marriage is a big responsibility. Adhya is going to be his responsibility after marriage . Aadya is going to leave her house, her family, even her country for him .It's high time that he should learn to take his responsibility and I will make sure that he will do that .

Next day on the breakfast table Rudra was silently having his breakfast,Sameer was also accompanying him to the dining . Abeer entered the room with a swollen cheek .

He wished them good morning and started eating breakfast . Rudra after finishing breakfast stood up to leave when he felt a tug in his wrist .

Abeer was looking at him with tears in his eyes .

"Sorry bhai ,I promise to you I will not do this again . Ilove adhya, ofcourse i will take care of her and will never hurt her . Please bhai forgive me "He ends the statement while holding his ears ,like he used to do in his childhood . Rudra smiled at the memory .

Rudra hugged Abeer ," dont cry chote ,i forgive you but please never repeat this mistake and say sorry to adhya too . I will also apologise to the Khurrana family as they are giving their daughter with trust to our family I'm.."

"No bhai she messaged me in the morning that she didn't tell this incident to her parents so i don't think it's needed I mean .."

,"See how mature she is she doesn't want to embarrass or degrade you in the eyes of her family .So you already apologise to her right " rudra

"I want to but after the morning message ...........,.,.....she ,She is not replying my messages nor picking up my call .i don't know how to convince her "

"Ask the expert ,you know soniya gives me this kind of treatment very often so i know how to help you up "sameer interrupts in between .

" Soniya treats you right, you know you are such an ass ....e ,she knows very well how to handle you " Rudra pulled his leg . Soniya ,Rudra and Sameer are college friends from America . Sameer made a puppy face ,to which both the brothers laughed .

"Any ways i forget to tell you devrat uncle called to invite us for dinner tonight at their place so be ready on time, we will reach there at 8 pm ok" rudra declares.

"See now you can personally apologise to adhya '' Sameer said to abeer,Abeer nodded in yes but he knows that adhya's anger and to be true he is scared of her outburst tonight .

Later that night Abeer Rudra and Sameer reached Khurrana residence .

After the exchange of greetings , the khurrana asked the trio to get settled in the garden area as it was a barbeque meal.

There were arrangements of drinks too , Rudra denied drinks and chose just apple juice on their request.

"You don't drink mr shekhawat "

"No mr khurrana"

"Great, I mean you have to attend business parties and move a lot in this kind of social circle which is not complete without hard drinks ."

"please call me by my name uncle now we are going to be family "

Devrat and ashish smiled at rudra

"And yes you are right uncle that in our high society circle people mostly get surprised or better say shock to know this . Some people say that I act in front of them but I don't need to act . It's not that i didn't have it earlier, i used to drink in my college days but after that tragedy . I just want to focus on my responsibilities. "

Ashish and Devrat were getting more impressed by this man who was sitting in front of them.,Rudra singh shekhawat.

"Actually uncle I want to discuss something important to you ,please don't mind but I want to take all the responsibility of wedding arrangements. I mean see you have already booked the hotel.so .."

"Sorry to interrupt you rudra ,but trust me we will manage ,I don't let you people bear all the expenses as it's my responsibility .so please let me do it I assure you everything will be according to your taste ."

"I know uncle and I doesn't mean any offence to you .ok we can do one thing let me do the arrangements and I will send all the bills to you "

" Hmm as you send it to the hotel ."

Rudra smiled at khurrana's and said in a requesting tone .

" No ...no the actual bill this time, see don't mind me but I have very loving relatives who always like to comment on each and everything my family does .Trust me without their support I must have not gained so much success ,so I hope you understand why I want to do the arrangements ."

Ashish understood the meaning of support in his talks , so he smiled and said .

"Ok ,rudra if you insist , but please send me the actual bill this time "

"Thank you and yes I will send the bill to you ."

Rudra made a note in his mind that to tell mahesh to send bills that only cost 1/4 th of the total.arrangements .As he knows the kind of decorations and food he decided for the wedding were above the reach of khurranas . Rudra had already discussed these things with his family and garima and gauri agreed with him . Abeer was doubtful about Adhya's reaction to this but Rudra assured him that Adhya will never know this .

Abeer was not interested in the conversation going on ,as he already knew this. His eyes were searching for his love , adhya. But from the time they reached Khurrana place Adhya was not seen .

Adhya 's pov

The club incident shocked me as I never expected that abeer can be so irresponsible. I understand that he got drunk over the limit with his friends but in this way,I still don't believe what happened yesterday.
