I can't remember for sure when I woke up for the first time because it was all foggy. I couldn't see color at the time all I could see were shapes and shades of black and white. I had to rely on my other senses. The first thing I could smell was chemicals and fresh rubber, everything just smelled clean. I heard people talking saying, "It appears that's she can't see." a woman said from my left, "Everything else about her seems fine she's healthy," a man from my right said. Then I fell asleep.

My next memory was waking up in a wide place I could feel the grass gently brushing against my skin. I could smell the freshly watered dirt. I remember feeling calm and at home. My eyesight wasn't as bad, I could see color now but it was still a little blurry. I felt something against my leg it was fussy. I had a tail and it was white but with black stripes. Yeah, I'm a raccoon but I didn't know that yet.

I won't lie I thought my tail was a snake at first so I tried running away from it.

I got even more scared when it kept on following me so then I attacked it... I found out the hard way that it was a part of me... My bad

After releasing that I just played with my tail because why not. Then a woman with a long coat on led me away and gave me a shoot and I don't remember anything else that day.

Then a few years of training with sensei he said I was ready to interact with others. I didn't know what that meant so I just thought of it as another challenge he made for me. But I was wrong. I was just so used to sensei giving me a weirdly named challenge so I thought nothing of it and just went with it.

The next day sensei wasn't there to wake me up from my tree, instead, it was that woman in the long white coat. She ordered me two follow her and she led me to another field of green, but this time it had weird structures and much bigger trees than mine. I walked in aw but then I saw sensei sitting on the ground with another person standing in front of him.

I thought sensei was hurt and this person had hurt him so I did the most reasonable thing and charged at him in honor of my sensei. He said I bit him but I would never bite someone who looks as ugly as him.
