CONFESSION GONE SOUR,

Avery Dennison walked along the banks of Lake Alige.

Her long hair swayed by the wind left and right, her emotions were rather out of place.

She had decided that she was gonna supress every ounce of love in her.

Besides who could love the unlovable?

With a bitter and unreserved smile,she bent to scoop some water with her hands, drank a few times before washing her face.

The feel of the water on her bear skin was so refreshing taking a way her insecurities.

"Can I join you please?" said a friendly voice.

Where did she hear that voice? Thought Avery.She was too relactant to turn but when she did, she beheld a familiar face.

She was a happy and free soul hence hard to reject,she found herself nodding to her like a charmed person.

"Myra Annabelle Monroe be my name." said she with an easy smile.

Avery stubbornly refused to introduce herself but Myra seemed to not mind at all.

"Should I tell you the truth or lie to you?" asked Myra.

"Truth of course." answered Avery wondering where the convo was going.

This girl before her knew how to make convos and even get others anxious.

"Love involves understanding and patience." said Myra.

"Love is all about one another; we love but sometimes we don't potray how we need to treat or be treated by those we love." Said she with her eyes sparkling.

"Can I tell you something? Do you like Jake? And did you see how he looked today?" asked Myra .

"Yes I do love him and as a result, I'm leaving,I'm going to make myself worthy." said Avery determined.

"You must promise never to tell anyone about this in the royal family .Promise?" asked she .

" Ok, Ok, I will keep my mouth shut." said she with a knowing smile.

"Friends?" said she.

"Yep friends and thanks." said Avery.

With that Avery walked out on her! Myra helplessly stared at the departing silhouette and mumbled"Weird soul!"

Jake having realised the gravity of his act went in search of Avery but didn't find her at home.

Early in the morning, the next day, he went to school so that he could see her, and also study.

Apparently, there was a harsh rumour that killed smashed her heart, Avery had transferred!

He quickly ran to the Dean of students to confirm that news.Unfortunately it was true.

The man felt the ground beneath him rotate, his eyes darkened , swayed slightly before felling with a thud! He fainted on the spot.

The alarmed Head of the Dean of students called a number faster than fast.

"Please Come to school immediately." said he anxious.

Empress Orphelia Gemini Tyler paced anxiously awaiting for outcome of laboratory result, presumably for her son.

Despite the facade that he placed upfront, Orphelia reached to him and held his hand in reassurance.

Very soon the Doctor came out of the examination room and their attention turned to him.

"Greetings Royals of Upper Dynasty,Prince Jake is stressed and might fall into depression.My only wish that you keep him close,get him to tell you what is happening and seek an counsellor to help bring him back to his normal self.Thanks."

They looked taken aback by that! When they had recomposed themselves ,Tyler said,

" Which expert do you propose to us?" said he.

"I will look for and bring him or her with in twenty four hours,Sir." Said Edwin bowing.

"I look forward to seeing you soon."Tyler said before turning to address his wife,"Let's go see him."

Inside the ward, Jake was panicking and thought to himself; What did I do wrong?

Suddenly ,he found what was wrong! He walked out on Avery Dennison!

Instantly ,he regretted his actions.How could he ammend his ways?

She had was nowhere to be seen!

"Son how are you feeling now?" asked Orphelia.

"Mommy , I'm not quite alright!" exclaimed he.

"What's it son?Spill it already."said Tyler dying with concern.

"Mmmmh...Ahem..I love Avery Dennison but she has disappeared!! I don't know where she went to." Said Jake wearily.

"And now you are confessing to us?" Asked Orphelia in disbelief.

"A case of confession gone sour?" Asked Tyler smiling softly.

"She's gone!" muttered Jake.

"Son I know you're not well but I give you three years to make everything right.I need a strong ,regal and charismatic man in you.I don't want you to act fearsome and defeated.Prepare yourself for the future to come."Said Tyler.

"Arise and shine..If she is a woman for you, she come back to you." Said Orphelia with experience.

I will make sure Iam handsome and Charismatic enough.

By then she will come back to me! Thought Jake his eyes shining.

Suddenly all the gloom and weakness decimated and Jake went out of the hospital alone.

Looking strong as always.
