The Meeting

Yvonne's POV:

Previous:

"Bon!! Bon!! Yvonne!! Wake up!!" Someone scream. And that someone pull me out of my bed and out of my dream.

"What? I awake, I awake!" I said to my friend Ashley. "What do you want?".

"Girl don't you know its Monday? The meeting is going to be at 9:00 and its now 8:45 why are you still sleeping you should be cleaning the temple and setting the table for the meeting!?". She frankly said.

She's right I need to get going so the court wont be mad at me.

I didn't introduce my self, well my name Yvonne Akitashio but my friends call me Bon for short, I'm 18 and I've been working half of my life as a servant for the court I love my job.

My parents? Hmm I don't know i never knew them or even seen them I was on the orphanage since I can remember.

I've never got to see them or even have a picture for keep sake.

Sad life? Not for me I've always see positive things in life like how the hell did I get a job. And what I'm I doing! I should get ready and do some cleaning. Since it was the perfect job for a person like me.

At the Temple

*cleaning, setting up, cleaning, eating, oh cleaning."

"Yvonne can you set the table the meeting is about to start in 5 minutes." One of the court member said.

I bowed and said," Yes will do, anything you want while you wait for the others?"

"None go now hurry up." With one hand raise dismissing me. I've finished my duty with only 3 minutes to spare.

Then one by one the court members fill the chairs... But one remained empty...

i didn't ask any question or interrupt them from discussion its against the rules.

As I was serving the court their drinks a unknown stranger came barging to the entrance of the temple.

*well duh I don't even know him hehe*

I didn't notice at first but when I had a glimpse of him I've almost slip.

Then there goes the cup from the tray. Oh!! the slow moments of my life went crashing but before that the cup break into pieces. Funny thinking that was my life crashing and making me look like a fool. But then stranger got a hold of it even the item inside of the cup not a single drop fell. That's a nice save right? At least my life will never end there and I would never hear some sermon from the head maid.

"I am so sorry, I don't know what I just did, It just felt out, I'm sorry." I apologized to the stranger while bowing.

*He laughed!! He actually laughed at me. But oh his angelic laugh. So dreamy. But non the less he just laugh at me!*

"Its okay... la mia principessa." (My princess) he said.

*hmm I think i heard that accent before... Hhmmm welp I don't care maybe its from some one I have encountered or some one who just have the accent on his english.

"Thanks i guess." I replied

After that i have served the last cup thank god they aren't many visitors.

Then i got to my place to wait just for their orders or wait for them to call me.

He introduced himself as Alexander " El Lobizon " Belicoff as a Royal-Blood Prince of Vampire and Alpha of the Blood Moon pack. Then they started to discuss about the politics, strategies and about the territory his father was about to hand to him.

1 hour and 47 minutes passed I'm getting bored

I'm just giving some snacks and some drinks to the ones who call me over.

So I thought something... Why not hear them out right its not like my snooping or any thing.. It's totally fine right? It was not like the secrets will come out since I literally lived here my whole life right?

30 minutes passed

Just listening from the prince I feel like I was melting. His voice was so sweet and so dreamy.

Oh the prince is asking the court for help to pick up a bride if ever he didn't find his mate?? Hmpf. Totally not my business.. It's kind of sad since it was not me but well said, don't change your fate right guys?

Okay so if ever he didn't find his mate he will just marry someone given from the court? That's like an arrange marriage! It is not love and they will be just connected only in papers.

I want to comment on it but I'm just a maid.

Another hour has passed

I didn't know what happened next at all. I was just listening and all I know is that I have shut my eyes closed and fell into a deep and wonderful dream while standing with the support of the wall.

Guess you never seen a person sleeping while standing right? well now you see me hahaha.
