Wasteful

Joe frowned in confusion. He didn't understand why Mika was fussing over such trivial things. Shouldn't she be happy to receive a gift from him? Well, don't all girls like to be given gifts? Then why does this one girl even look upset?

 "You're a strange girl, aren't you?" mumbled Joe slowly. However, it wasn't that quiet because Mika could still hear it.

 "It's not strange, Joe. I used to be like that too, wasteful, like shopping, treating friends here and there, once we lose everything, I'm really sorry because I like to waste money on something that is not useful. I feel like I'm wasting what I have!" Mika explained.

 Ah... Now Joe understands. He then nodded slowly, and gently stroked the top of Mika's head.

 "Don't worry babe, I already have enough money and property savings, so even if bad things happen, I still have savings," said Joe slowly.
