I made sure to look at Victor fiercely when he told me that.
"I believe we have nothing to discuss, Mr. Reymundo," I calmly replied while still fiercely looking at him.
"N-no, th-there is!..I m-mean, I need to talk to you about wh-what happened to the children!" he said to me.
"Don't worry, my family and I will handle this situation," I assured Victor and removed his grasp on me. "So, don't worry anymore, because no one will bully the children, especially your daughter, if that's what you're concerned about," I added.
"N-no, that's not what I mean!" he quickly clarified.
"Then what!? You know my time is limited, so I don't have much time to converse with you!.. And I still have to get Venedict checked up!" I retorted in frustration.
I made sure to shoot him a stern look as I voiced my concern for my child, and he reciprocated it with an intense gaze, observing both of us.
