Care to Share?

Humming a tune Tang Fei leisurely strutted to her office. Walking seemingly without a care in the world with a faint smile on her lips with her long black hair gently flowing as she passed she assumed a serene and calm aura. Of course her mind was in utter chaos at the moment.

Finally reaching her modern office door she bounced inside before practically falling onto the black couch in the corner of the room. Sighing as she sunk into the comfy seat she began to think about her problems.

"It's obvious that Gan Mei is going to come to settle things later, but what's most important is how to deal with her.", coming to this conclusion she hurriedly put her brain to use. 'Gan Mei that troublemaker is hotheaded but she's not completely stupid. If she really took over this case, and sabotaged it the consequences would be immense, so its obvious she had to have a reason, goal, or some coercion involved.'

"Though she obviously wouldn't give out info that easily, so it looks like I'll have to resort to the methods of my early days!", after energetically saying this she proceeded to rummage around her silver office drawer before finally extracting a sleek black.. pen recorder. "Ah little Fei my handy recorder it's been years since I've had to use you to deal with people!", affectionately rubbing the recorder she stuffed it into her shirt pocket making it appear like a normal pen.

This little pen had certainly had a lot of history in face slapping. From ruthlessly exposing green tea classmates in law school to destroying the thefts and schemes of wicked colleagues, this little pen had saved Tang Fei multiple times. Thus it was given the name little Fei since it's achievements were on par with its owner. (Little Fei- I'm truly the godly assistant!)

"Hehe, since all I have to do is wait for Ms.Gan to show herself I might as well start on organizing this information.", neatly sorting the papers splayed over her work desk Tang Fei began typing out the information gained from Gan Mei into her online organizer. After typing until her hands began to cramp she leaned back into her chair with a sigh.

"Great all I've got left is to call the big boss, and squeeze more info out of Ms.Gan! I can't wait!" Brimming with excitement Tang Fei energetically worked for around 30 minutes before hearing a knock on her door. A slight smirk found its way to her face, but soon vanished as Gan Mei entered the room.

Cooling her facial expression Tang Fei coolly invited Gan Mei in. "Please take a seat Ms.Gan we have lots to discuss."

Taking a breath of air Gan Mei steeled her nerves before speaking.

"Listen here Tang Fei you and I both know you heard some things you should not have, and I'm sure you must be delighted with the information! But I'll tell you right now you can't handle my backer, and if you do try to expose Deng Zhao and I they won't hesitate to silence you; I'm sure you get my hint right?" Gan Mei smugly smirked gazing at the cold faced woman in front of her. Thinking of her situation Gan Mei almost felt pity for the lawyer who had stepped in to deep for her own good. 'Sorry Tang Fei but there are some things you can't handle.' She smugly thought to herself.

Surprisingly Tang Fei began to smile before reaching for the seemingly normal pen in her white shirt pocket. Pressing a button on the side words began to play out.

"I'll tell you right now you can't handle my backer, and if you do try to expose Deng Zhao and I they won't hesitate to silence you; I'm sure you get my hint right?" Gan Mei's face began to pale hearing her obvious threats play out. Clenching her hands so hard her fingernails dig into her skin she bit her lip as she hatefully stared at the person in front of her.

"Well Ms.Gan I'm simply going to share with you some news. Regarding the original charges. Since we know there is a mole, and from the information I gained from your little call — that mole is Deng Zhao, the offenders can be charged with stealing company secrets, and software piracy* right off the bat. As for your possible charges of collusion, blackmail, and punishment for the sheer fact of attempted sabotage against your your own company... well Ms.Gan it all depends on your answers." Devilishly smiling Tang Fei continued.

"So tell me...do you have anything you'd like to share?"
