Building Is Expensive!

I opened my eyes the next morning and I realized where I was, I was on the bed of Jessie's room. I turned around to see that Jenny was no longer on the bed.

"Don't tell me she went to work," I said while getting off the bed, I realized I was still naked and my clothes were on the bed, I carried my clothes with me and went to the bathroom. After I freshened up, I wore my clothes and went downstairs. I smelt something wonderful coming from the Kitchen and couldn't help but follow my nose to the kitchen.

"So you are awake?" Jenny asked.

"Yes, I am. Wait, Are you actually cooking?" I asked.

Jenny's mouth twitched with anger.

"Did you think I didn't know how to cook?!" Jenny shouted.

"N...No, I just thought that, You know what, I'm such an idiot for saying that," I said.

Jenny smiled and she soon served food, After I finished eating, I kissed her on the lips before climbing into my motorcycle and leaving.

[CERULEAN CITY]

An Anne Series Motorcycle sped through the streets of Cerulean city and stopped in front of the gym. I came down from the bike and entered the gym, meeting Daisy, Lily and Violet.

"I came to collect my Pokémon," I said and Daisy nodded before giving me my utility band with all of my Pokéballs on them.

"Hehe, You promise that you'll soon visit me?" Daisy asked with a smile.

"I promise," I said and Daisy hugged me before I left.

I climbed my Motorcycle and picked up my phone before dialing the Mayor's number. The Mayor picked the call and I began talking.

"So have the building materials and the other things I requested for arrived?" I asked.

"Yes, They have arrived and they are waiting for you at the site," The Mayor replied.

I hung up and sped to the Lux Hotel, The Slum area which was a quarter of Cerulean city was still a big chunk of Cerulean city and having that part in my control seemed too great of an opportunity to pass on. For now, I wanted all of the poor people to clear out of the area so I could demolish everything and redo houses. I couldn't kick them out of their houses so I decided to just book the entire Lux hotel for them to stay in.

I stopped outside the hotel and parked my bike in a parking lot before entering the hotel, The hotel was very large and up to 7-8 storeys tall.

"I wonder, Can I buy Lux hotel from the owner?" I muttered but I immediately threw that idea out of the window for one reason, It'll cost money. This building alone would cost 30-40 Million and I simply didn't have that much money, "But i'll try it when I become an Executive,"

I entered the hotel and spoke to the attendant about mass booking, He told me to talk to the manager and led me to the manager's room.

"So let me get this straight, You want to rent how many rooms again?" The Manager asked while sitting down on his chair.

"I don't know the exact number but I want many rooms," I replied with folded hands.

"Alright, We at Lux hotel will make sure that the people that you bring here will get high quality treatment at all times but the fee is going to be high," The Manager said.

"How much do you have in mind?" I asked, "I assume its going to be 1 Million,"

"That's supposed to be the price but since you're now going to be a valuable customer, I'll just give you for 900,000, What do you say?" The Manager asked.

"I agree," I said while shaking hands with him.

I left the hotel with a wide smile on my face and climbed into the bike before driving into the Slum area. As I entered, I saw many trucks and many people wearing good clothes next to the trucks. I parked my bike in front of a bulldozer.

"Who's the head here?" I asked.

A man with a bandana came forward, He had a scar next to his left eye.

"I am," He said, "My name is Bart,"

"So Bart, I want you guys to demolish all the buildings in this area and turn it into a giant resort area," I said.

"Resort area, huh? I like the sound of that," Bart said, "But are you sure that you want to demolish everything?"

"Yes, Everything," I said, "Alright, Since this is a private job, How much am I going to pay you guys for everything and by everything, I mean everything from the foundation building to the interior building and designing of the building complex,"

"If you put it like that, It's going to cost you a lot," Bart said.

"Tell me," I said.

"It's going to cost you 3 million for everything but I assure you that the work is going to be very good, We have several happy clients that you can talk to if you aren't sure," Bart said.

"I trust you," I said and thought, 'If you lie to me in any way, I will make sure that Team Rocket hunts you for the rest of your life,'

"Thanks sir," Bart said.

"Alright, I need you guys to just do the bulldozing of these old, scrappy buildings and by the end of two weeks, I'll send you the schematics for the building," I said.

"Yes sir, We'll get to work immediately but what about the people that live in this area," Bart said.

"Tell them that they should go to Lux hotel because I've already made reservations for them," I said.

"Alright, Sir. I'll tell them about your claim," Bart said and I nodded before zooming off on my bike.

"Sheesh, Building costs a lot of money," I said while going to the Cerulean City Team Rocket branch to pick up Ran and go to Vermilion city.
