Gym of Nimbasa City: Part 2

"Come out Sawk" Touya said quickly.

"Come out Emolga, show him your qualities" Camila said excitedly.

"The match between gym leader Camila and challenger Touya begins..." Conse said out of nowhere again.

'I have to ask him how he does that' Touya thought and then focused on the fight.

"Now!" Conse said seriously.

"Emolga, double team and dazzle him" Camila said quickly.

"Sawk use work up and then focus on precision" Touya said at the same time.

Emolga obviously finished first, improving her evasion and speed, then covering herself with electricity and closing in on Sawk quickly.

Sawk finished using focus energy and waited for Touya's order.

When Emolga was close enough, Touya said.

"Lean back and use karate chop" Touya said in a clear voice.

Sawk did as requested and dodged Emolga by bending backward, then landed a karate chop to the side of Emolga.

Due to Emolga's double team and fast movement, Sawk was unable to critically strike, although he did deal quite a good damage.

Just when it looked like Emolga would fly off, Camila said.

"Use acrobatics" Camila said seriously.

"Block it Sawk" Touya said quickly.

Emolga maneuvered into the air, spinning around and hitting Sawk hard on the arms.

"Use spark again" Camila said with a smile.

Emolga was covered in electricity again, doing some serious damage to Sawk.

"Sawk throw him to the ground and use low sweep" Touya said quickly.

Thanks to Sawk's inner focus, Sawk was able to focus and do what Touya asked, defeating Emolga.

But because of the battle Sawk ended up paralyzed and badly injured.

"Emolga can no longer continue, the leader Camila only has two pokemon left" Conse said seriously.

"You did well friend, you deserve a break" Touya said returning Sawk to his pokeball.

"Well done Emolga, you showed your virtues" Camila said with a smile and returning Emolga to her pokeball.

"Come out Darumaka" Touya said throwing a pokeball.

"Come out Tynamo" Camila said taking out a small pokemon that seemed to be a white flying fish.

"Tynamo use tackle" Camila said confidently.

Touya just looked closely at the little pokemon as he analyzed his movements.

The little fish moved at a great speed, coming in front of Darumaka in a second and hitting him with a little force and then moving away without doing much damage.

'Hmm, I see' Touya thought a bit impressed.

"Tynamo use spark" Camila said seriously.

"Darumaka use incinerate" Touya said quickly.

Tynamo wanted to get closer, but was blocked by a small wall of fire from Darumaka, causing Tynamo to move away.

"Darumaka use taunt" Touya said half a second later.

Darumaka take out his tongue out annoyingly at Tynamo, making him a bit angry.

"Tynamo use spark again" Camila said excitedly.

"Darumaka use incinerate upward" Touya said mysteriously.

Darumaka did not hesitate and used incinerate upwards, forming a kind of fiery umbrella.

Tynamo was forced to get closer to the ground and go a little slower to attack Darumaka, which is what Touya expected.

"Darumaka use fire fang and finish him off!" Touya said excitedly.

Darumaka stopped using incinerate to then look towards Tynamo and bite him with fire fang, leaving him defeated.

"Tynamo can no longer continue, the gym leader only has one pokemon left" Conse said in a professional tone.

"Well done friend" Touya said giving thumbs up along with a smile.

"Darum!" Darumaka said happily.

"You did it very good, you still have a lot to prove" Camila said to Tynamo with a comforting tone and then returned him to his pokeball.

"Come out Zebstrika, show him true speed!" Camila said with determination.

Touya looked at Zebstrika with a bit of past trauma, but quickly brushed it aside.

"Zebstrika use flame charge" Camila said quickly.

"Darumaka, jump" Touya said a second later.

As Touya predicted, Zebstrika moved at an eerie speed towards Darumaka in midair.

"Darumaka hold him using fire fang" Touya said when Zebstrika was close.

Darumaka was not much affected by the flame charge and was able to bite Zebstrika doing some damage, but...

"Zebstrika use spark" Camila said quickly.

Zebstrika was covered in strong electricity, defeating Darumaka.

"Darumaka can't continue anymore, trainer Touya only has three pokemon left" Conse said seriously.

"Good job my friend, you did it very well" Touya said proudly as he returned Darumaka to his pokeball.

"Come out Sandile" Touya said seriously.

"An earth guy huh?, quite troublesome, but very slow in comparison" Camila said thoughtfully.

"Zebstrika use flame charge" Camila said quickly.

"Sandile use sand tomb" Touya said when Zebstrika was close.

"Zebstrika use quick attack and dodge him" Camila said reacting instantly.

Zebstrika dodged the sand tomb and approached Sandile from behind, doing quite a lot of damage and then walking away.

"Sandile, use torment and then change your surroundings to your preferred place" Touya said winking at Sandile.

Sandile managed to understand his trainer and smiled at the idea.

Sandile used torment, making Zebstrika unable to use quick attack and then staying in his place.

"Zebstrika, pay attention to what the challenger says and use flame charge" said Camila suspiciously.

Zebstrika used flame charge and quickly approached Sandile, aware of any changes.

But Touya didn't say anything and just smiled innocently.

By the time Zebstrika was in front of Sandile, it was already too late.

As he got closer, Zebstrika began to sink into the ground, which had turned to quicksand, making him unable to move.

"Yup, Sandile's favorite place, finish him off with sand tomb friend" Touya said with a smile.

Sandile sped up the quicksand, causing Zebstrika to be totally buried and defeated.

"Zebstrika can no longer continue, the winner is challenger Touya" Conse said excitedly.

"Well done friend, you fill me with pride" Touya said with a big smile.

"Sand Sandile!" Sandile said wagging his tail happily.

"Who would have thought?, I wanted to dazzle you, but the dazzled one was me" Camila said surprised returning Zebstrika to his pokeball.

"Congratulations young challenger, you shine and you know how to bring out the strengths of your pokemon, that's the point of this gym, so I give you the bolt badge with pride" Camila said with a calm smile.

"Besides my favorite move, volt switch, I didn't use it because it seemed to me that the balance was very good in all the fights" Camila said in an explanatory tone.

"In league matches, it makes it legal to switch during the match, since the pokemon returns to its pokeball automatically" Camila said still with an explanatory tone.

"You're going to Driftveil city right?, You have to give an order to lower the bridge, so I'll be waiting for you on Route 5" Camila said and then left.

And so, Touya got the fourth badge of his journey.
