"World domination?" Tobi's eye shone but quickly dissipate.

"....but why?" Tobi compose himself as he knew nothing is free, especially things about world domination.

"Well, I want you to be....." The man pauses as if he's thinking of something.

"....MY SON!!" He added but with a louder tone this time.

"...pardon??" Tobi asked, thinking he heard it wrong.

"I WANT YOU TO BE MY SON!" The man repeated.

"B-but why?" Tobi stutters as his brain was still trying to process what's going on.

"Well, you see even though I'm one of the most power full gods in the universe and have achieved true immortality, those people around me don't." The man explains with sorrow in his voice.

"My wives, children, and friends are all gone now. Alas, even will all my strength, I still couldn't beat the power of death." He continued while the sadness in his voice got higher.

"That's why I choose you, Shinichi Kintoki, to become my son and inheritor because the only way to kill a being like me was giving it to others" He explained one last time.

A moment of silence filled the room as the man just let 'Tobi's' or Shinichi's brain process and get the gist of the whole idea.

Finally, after ten minutes or so, Tobi finally broke the silence by asking.

"so....what do I need to do?"

"For now, you first need to gain power, whether it's internal or external." The old man replied.

"Good thing I've already have it all planned out, all you need to do was get stronger." He added.

"Nice! let's hear your plan, old man." Tobi said excitedly.

For Tobi, as a human born in a world where money rules, he always fantasizes about this such as gaining power or abilities that set him apart from others. The power that makes him special.

It is also the reason why Tobi was the best criminal on earth, as Tobi and his subordinates took control of Asia's, Africa's, and Australia's whole underworld which in turn made them the no.1 most dangerous and wanted group in the whole world, just the name of their group was enough to scare even grown adults to death.

"Well, the plan was to reincarnate you to another world where you would gain power and forces enough to conquer that world." He answered which makes Tobi frown.

"Reincarnate?? but how? I thought you said I'm dead and that you can't bring back dead to life?" Tobi's face was full of confusion as he asks questions, one after another.

"Huhuhuhu, well let me explain it to you, there are 2 types of death in the whole universe, The Physical form and the Soul form.

Technically speaking, I could revive a person as long as he/she is alive in either of those two." He explained in one breath.

The confusion and doubt in his heart finally dissipate as he now fully believe that this is real and not some sort of trickery that this old man planned to get whatever he wants on his body.

Of course, this couldn't escape the detection. His mouth curved as he realise a big wonderful smile.

"do I get to choose where I would be reincarnated too?" Tobi asked

"Well no, as I said, I already planned it all for you." He said much to the dismay of Tobi.

"Hahaha, don't worry, I'll know you'll like that world, it is after all your favourite game." He reassured, seeing Tobi's sad reaction.

'My favourite game??' Tobi thought

Since the very first day Tobi was adopted, all of his time was used for training how to kill whether with a weapon or not which makes his free time much lesser than most of the kids his age had.

Tobi, who grew up in such an environment, was only able to play a single game in his entire life and that is...

'Pokemon: Diamond!'

Even though Tobi got some hints, he still choose to hear it from the old man's mouth to be sure.

Hearing his successor's thought, the old man nodded, seeming happy that the one he choose could immediately guess the answer.

"What world old man? is it Pokemon?" Tobi asks to be sure.

"hmm..hmm it is indeed the Pokemon world." The old man nodded and said.

However, instead of showing an excited expression, Tobi was going through a mixture of emotions; Joy, Disappointment, Interest, Nostalgia, Fear, etc.

"What's the problem son?" The old man asks and for the very first time called him a son.

"huh...n-nothing." Tobi was stunned as it was the very first someone called him 'son'.

Hearing this, the old man didn't force the topic anymore as they had no more time for that.

"We are running out of time my son, you should go now.

don't worry, I will give you some help and assistance so you would stand a chance against the people of that world." The old man explains.

"wha-" Tobi was shocked panicked as he felt his body disintegrating.

"Don't panic my son as it's already time for you to leave and live your life.

I'm gonna give you an A.I the people in your world called 'the system' with some of the other stuff that could help you in your adventure."

"wha...yo...na-" Tobi was trying to speak but he can't as his mouth already disintegrated, leaving only his nose and eyes who also started to crumble.

Even though Tobi didn't finish what he's saying, the old man still understand it by reading his mind and intention.

"Ynir 'The Conqueror' Tyrad" The old man replied with a mysterious smile on his face.

At the very same time the old man finished speaking, Tobi's whole body was already disintegrated as each part of his soul flew in a certain direction.

|Pokemon World|

"hah...hah....hah..."

In the middle of a wilderness, a boy around 15-16 was gasping for breath as he was laying on the grass field with a green and yellow coloured creature by his side.

The boy slowly try to sit up and in great difficulty, he succeeded.

"Turtwig!" A sudden sound surprised Tobi as he immediately stand up and observe around him.

He looks around but saw nothing but trees but his eyes stop as he saw a quadruped creature with a single branch with two leaves in it and a turtle-like shell in its back.

"Turtwig!" Tobi exclaimed recognizing the creature in front of him.
