"Goodbye" Currently, we're outside as Trevor and the others were sending their goodbyes to me as they wave their hands in the air.
" *sniff* *sniff* goodbye!" Jessie said who was trying not to cry as she was being held by the head maid.
"Bye" I simply said and wave my hand then turn around.
With Nathan on my side, we went to the forest direction where we split because he's going to Pewter City while I was heading to Viridian City.
Opposite to the game, the distance between cities here wasn't short as it would take about 10 days of walking to reach Viridian City from Toriko Town according to the locals in town.
Nathaniel and I have arrived at the place where we part our ways.
"Remember from now you're on your own" I reminded Nathaniel once again as he was holding his trainer I.d in his right hand.
"Yes, master." He answers with conviction as he put the I.d into his pocket.
"Take care," I said my goodbye with a hint of sincerity and instantly turned my back on him, walking in my direction as he was dumbfounded, standing there without moving like a statue.
'Ah what a waste' I thought looking at my trainer I.d, compared to Nathaniel who's a civilian in Toriko Town, it was much easier for him to get a Trainer I.d but for a person like me, who suddenly just pop up out of nowhere, it was much harder cause I have no background making it suspicious.
But I found a solution to that, I, who has the most useful helper in the whole world which is the System that could help to create an I.d for me with a fake background but it wasn't free.
My heart still bleeds thinking about it.
It causes 25000 system points just to create a perfect I.d, it might not be much but for me, who's feeding my Pokemon top tier Pokeblock each meal plus other stuff that I purchased, I won't be surprised if I turned broke.
Even though I'm complaining, I still bought the I.d cause I knew how important it was.
The I.d cost 25000 system points because the system wasn't just creating some random stuff but was hacking the alliance computers where the civilian's background was stored and creating a specific backstory that specially suit my taste.
Holding the 25k SP I.d, I head on my way while at the same time strolling around the Forest.
I planned to catch my 3rd Pokemon and I already have a specific Pokemon in mind.
And in just 10 minutes of walking, I finally encountered my first wild Pokemon since coming to this forest.
"Go, Azumarill!" I stated as I throw the football from my belt releasing azumarill.
Azumarill was released from her Pokeball as she faces the wild Pokemon in front of her, a Beedrill.
"Finish it quick, use water gun." I planned to finish the match as quickly as possible as I command Azumarill who comply without a single hesitation.
Azumarill opened her mouth as blue energy was forming in her mouth which turned into a strong water current when she releases it toward the Beedrill who didn't even have a chance to dodge as it was hit by the water gun.
The Beedrill wasn't that strong only reaching level 20 so it wasn't surprising that he died just by taking one water gun from Azumarill which level was 36.
I didn't mind Azumarill killing the Beedrill as it's not the pokemon I want and its aptitude wasn't also that, possessing only an aptitude of Yellow.
I continue on my way with Azumarill as my guardian.
We encounter a bunch more Beedrill that Azumarill easily killed without sweating even a single bit but they keep swarming like a bug (they are a bug) to the point that Azumarill gets overwhelmed leaving me with no choice but to also let Grotle help.
I felt a bad hunch about all of this and was soon confirmed as an army of Beedrill of about 200 was flying toward us with anger visible in their eyes.
'looks like I was right' I commented seeing the group of Beedrill as my hunch was now proven right.
'I trespassed the Beedrill's Territory' The Viridian forest was divided into many territories led by their respective leaders and this Beedrill territory was led by the same Bedrill that was in the center, leading the other Beedrill to charge toward us.

My eyebrows frowned seeing Bedrill's stats.
Even though its aptitude was only LightRed, it manage to reach the Advanced stage which would be hard especially for a wild Pokemon but I just blamed it being a bug-type pokemon and it's the age for that.
Bug types generally grow faster than other Pokemon (well technically some don't) which is why many of the civilians or trainers with no backing would favor training them as it saves them time.
But even though I appreciate its strength doesn't mean I'll add it to my team, even though it passed the minimum requirement for my Pokemon which is having an Aptitude LightRed or higher but it wasn't worth the trouble of raising given he is already in his final form making it much harder to further increase his aptitude and last but not the least, it was already too old to further develop.
Generally, a bug type indeed grows much faster than other Pokemon but that also means their lifespan was much shorter compared to others.
According to one of the books I read, a Beedrill normally has a peak lifespan of about ten years and surpassing that year, their strength would start to decline until reaching 20 years old which is the highest they could ever live but, of course, there are some exception but clearly this Beedrill isn't one.
My face turned serious seeing the Beedrill was getting closer to our spot.
"Get ready, this will be a tough fight." I said in loud voice to make sure my Pokemon hears because the Beedrill was making a very loud buzzing noise.
"Azu~"
"Gro!"
