Charlotte's Perspective:
I had just finished my lectures with Domino. Today was a bit difficult compared to before, but I was successful in molding my own prototype of a basic dynamite system. After that tiring work, I knew I deserved to eat, and so, I made the decision to go the cafeteria.
It was a bright, hot, powerful, day. My Pokemon, even if I'm certain their Pokeballs keep themselves cool, are probably sweating because of the heat. Nevertheless, I plan to give them some refreshments as well.
On my way, feeling a bit down that Luna wasn't around, I encountered Zeal who looked pretty sleepy. It appeared that she had just woken up from a nightmare. Her hair was all messed, her eyes were dark and black, and her cheeks were all pale.
"What happened this time? And how come you never show up before?"
"I slept for hours at the dorm. That's what happened."
"Overslept again?"
"Yeah."
"And why is that? You might get demoted."
"We have nothing! Nothing! Do you see any mission going on? Eh, I don't know, an expedition? Look, we all know Luna's Madam Boss's pet, meaning she's all focused on her and the rest of the grunts are a bowl of bullshit."
"Don't say that. Do something creative for once. Luna's halfway done with her mission, I expect."
"I've been battling grunts all over the place! Sooner or later, my Pokemon would mega evolve without needing to mega evolve!"
"I'll take that as an overstatement," I said and went passed her.
"Where are you going?"
"Eat. I'm hun--"
Virgo bumped into me with her numerous science equipment. "Sorry! Sorry! I didn't mean to be clumsy."
"At least Virgo's doing something productive for once."
"How is battling not productive?"
"I don't know, maybe because you're messing with people! Challenging them randomly is wrong."
"Tell that to the trainers. Besides, that doesn't relate to anything about productivity. I'm bored here. I need exposure! I need missions. I need to kick people once in a while! Team Rocket's progress is declining at this rate."
"People can hear you. And if you ever resign, you're most likely to be assassinated to avoid any witnesses or spilling of details."
"Huh, that's not--"
"The contract's changed ever since Madam Boss took charge. It's, it's, I know."
"So you mean to tell me, I'm devoted in this organization until death? For an eternity?"
"That's basically it," said Virgo. "I'm having fun, Charlotte's having fun, maybe you should stop annoying people by forcing them to battle and instead go and make art sculptures!" Virgo said positively.
"Art... Sculptures?"
"They're hard to do but it's fun!" Virgo patted her back and went about her business.
"Eugh. If the leader changes, the contract that applies changes too right? Not that I want Madam Boss to be er... dead and all that."
"That depends on the new leader. Want to eat with me, Zeal?"
"No thanks. I'm going to wallow in boredom at our dorm."
"Or call Luna!" Virgo tilted her head from the hall she was at towards ours. "She keeps wondering where you are."
