Ace's attention was brought back by Oak, who flew back on the Rotom Phone, smiling, "Excellently done, Ace! Truly amazing! These Fossil Pokemon are extremely well bred!" Ace waved and smiled sheepishly, "It's nothing, I'm just so great…" as he drooled, thinking about his dream.

Oak paused and his lips twitched before changing the subject, dragging Ace back from his fantasies, "The reason I called wasn't for this." Ace turned back and raised his brows, "Huh? What did you call for, Old man?" 

Oak smiled and said directly, "Today is Ash's birthday, he wanted to talk to you so-" Ash's face popped up, "Heya! Are those your Pokemon, Ace?! So cool! Hahah! I can't wait to get my own! Hahahahahaha!" Ace's eyes twitched at the excitable kid, "How many times do I have to tell you to call me Teacher!?"

Ash knocked on his head, "I forgot! Haha!" Ace shook his head and looked at him, asking, "How is your Pokeblock making skills?" Ash froze and his lips twitched, "Ha… Great…" as he looked away unnaturally…

Ace's eyes twitched and he said slowly, "You haven't practiced at all, right?" Ash laughed and ran away, Ace shook his head and Oak smiled happily, "How's Oreburgh? I heard there was an earthquake a few months ago!"

Ace's mouth twitched unnaturally, much like Ash's… Oak's expression froze and he looked at Ace silently for a few moments, "That… That earthquake… couldn't have been your doing, right?" Ace laughed and said "Should I run?" thinking to himself, Oak shook his head and changed the topic with a sigh, "I hope everything is going well. If you need anything, don't forget to call!"

Ace let out a breath and smiled, nodding, "Of course not. Thank you, old man." Oak waved with a smile and Ace remembered, "Oh, that's right. It shouldn't be long before we see eachother again." Oak looked at him in confusion, "You're coming to Pallet town?"

Ace shook his head, "No, you're coming here!" Oak was even more confused and Ace curled his lips mysteriously, "You'll be excited, but I won't ruin the surprise!" Oak seemed interested, "Hmm! Alright, I'm looking forward to it! See you." Ace waved and hung up just as a voice sounded, "Ace! The Fossils are ready!"

Ace turned to the side and saw Roark running over excitedly with an Alolan Geodude and Rolypoly. Ace nodded and walked over, "Let's go." Roark ran past him and jumped on the Fossil Pokemon, "Hahaha! How are you all?"

Roark climbed up Archeops' wings and rolled around happily. Archeops let Roark slide down before flicking her tail, sending him flying onto Tyrantrum's head. Tyrantrum bounced him up as Roark laughed happily.

Geodude and Rolypoly came over, waving at the others. 

Ace watched as the Pokemon played around before shaking his head with a smile. He snapped his fingers and Noibat flew over, sitting on his head. Ace turned his head and said "Farfetch'd, make sure Roark doesn't get hurt."

Farfetch'd waved his wing and nodded solemnly.

Ace smiled and threw out a normal Farfetch'd leek. Farfetch'd's eye opened slightly, catching the Leek with his mouth, nibbling happily.

Meowth looked at the pokemon before running after Ace, climbing up his legs and sitting on his shoulder, "Meowth!" Ace reached up and scratched her as she meowed happily while he directly jumped off the cliff.

Ace plummeted down, his hair waving in the wind before landing on the ground with his knees bent. A loud thud sounded as he landed, making a wild Starly nearly have a heart attack.

Ace looked at the Starly and sighed, complaining, "When are you going to get used to it?" Starly puffed his cheeks, waving a wing, "Star! Starly! Star-Starly!!" Ace shook his head and threw up a sausage while walking away.

He looked at his System before claiming another Mystery Gift.

Ace looked at the token in his hand before throwing it at the Mine, causing another small earthquake. As he walked to the Museum, he thought about it for a bit… finally muttering to himself, "Maybe I should bring some more Onix…"

As he was thinking, he arrived at the Museum, seeing Byron standing by, thinking about something.

Ace waved, "Byron!" Byron snapped out of his reverie, looking at Ace before grinning, "Ace! You're here." he looked around before asking, "Where's Roark?" Ace pointed at his house helplessly.

Byron chuckled and waved at him, "Come on, I wanted to see these little guys for a long time." Ace walked next to him, sighing, "You know these guys are going to bring a lot of trouble here…" Byron shrugged and smiled, "As far as I'm concerned, the more people, the better it is for Oreburgh…" He looked up at the smog before sighing with an ugly face, "Though, the smog…" 

Ace looked up and smiled, "I'm sure it'll clear up." Byron shook his head and forgot about it, walking into the museum, chatting with Ace and teasing Meowth, who clawed at him playfully.

They came to the back of the Museum, seeing a researcher. Byron coughed and the man turned around, "Ah! You're here! Haha! It's remarkable! These little ones are really amazing! Come on!" as he walked away quickly.

Ace and Byron looked at each other before following him.

They came to the backyard of the Museum, seeing 16 little guys running around! Ace's eyes lit up as he looked at them happily, only 4 of these guys were in the games! Now there were 16 of them here!

Of course, 4 Original Galar Fossil Pokemon that had complete restoration and 12 mix and match fossils!

Ace squatted and squished a Velovish's face, saying "Who's a cutie? You are~ Yes you are~" The Velovish raised its fin hands saying happily, "Velo~!" while jumping on Ace, biting his head.

Ace stood up and smiled happily, "Aren't they amazing?" Byron nodded and looked around before sighing, "No Steel type…" Ace's lips twitched as he looked at him speechlessly, "These are never before seen fossils, okay? What do you mean?!" Byron rolled his eyes and said honestly, "They're amazing. I just wish they were Steel types!"

Ace shrugged and sighed as he turned to the Researcher, "Have you already contacted the Alliance?" The guy paused and scratched his head sheepishly, "Haha…" Ace chuckled and shook his head, looking at all the Fossils, smiling, "Alright, little guys. You're coming with me, okay?"

Noibat picked up Velovish with his feet, throwing him out as he said angrily, "Noi! Noi!" while sitting on Ace's head. Meowth laughed and pointed at him, "Meowth! Me-Me-Me-Meowth!" Noibat turned and exploded, screaming "Noi! Noibat!"

Ace dug in his ears and ignored them, holding Velovish upside down as he looked at the rest of the fossils, who ran up and stuck to him like glue. He rubbed his nose with Velovish' head and grinned, "They recognize me. It's probably because I'm so good looking, right?" Byron rolled his eyes and said a few words to the researcher before leaving with Ace as the little guys followed in a line.

Byron looked at all the fossils and said, "Do you need help taking care of them all?" Ace looked at him and touched his chin, "You have someone in mind?" Byron curled his lips and Ace chuckled, holding out a finger, "No problem, but I have a request."

Byron waved his hand, looking at him as Ace nodded, "He has to train with me." Byron's eyes lit up and he laughed, "Done! Great! Haha! Roark is in your hands now." Ace and Byron clasped hands and laughed a bit evilly.

Roark, who was playing with the Fossils at home, suddenly shivered, looking around in a daze, "Huh? Is it getting colder already?"
