There is a baby born in the world named Saet-byul In this world there is a phenomenon happening once a year 

And its Pods falling from the sky or what they call "The Fallens" Which have a chances of bad luck or good luck.

Lets get started with the Good luck 

So the good luck of the "Fallens"

Gives the first people who touches the pod Magic powers, Strength and insane amount of gold 

But the bad luck comes with a twist 

Bad luck gives bad luck or a raid that will be able to last until a year or decades or if you are able to surpass the bad luck you may get a raid lasting an hour
