Chapter 3

Two women walked through the castle talking with each other. One of them had blonde hair and blue eyes while the other had dark brown hair and green eyes. They walked down a hallway as they approached the closed doors. They knocked on the door expecting to see their younger sister answer but was met by big sister Canna.

Canna crossed her arms not happy to see the two. They were the younger siblings of the family only just a bit older than Rin. "What can I help you with, ladies?" Canna asked as she leaned against the door frame.

"We wanna see our younger sister, of course!" The blonde replied. Canna rolled her eyes as what the younger said was clearly a lie. "Mhmm..." Canna sarcastically said as she raised a brow. "You two don't care about her." Canna bluntly said. "What did you two wanna steal from her? Her bracelet?" Canna laughed.

In all honesty, Canna didn't like the twins of the family. She was only stalling Rin time to get back. If the twins figured out that Rin has been sneaking out of the palace then who knows what would happen to her.

"Liv,Mara, did you get Maybelle, Rin, and Canna yet?" Demona asked as she approached the group. Demona had brown hair and grey eyes. She wore a royal blue dress that was mid thigh and had long sleeves. "We are all here!" A voice from inside Rin's room said. Maybelle peeked out from behind the door. "Sorry, we are just waiting for Rin to get ready and then we will be out." Maybelle said.

Demona groaned in annoyance. "Tell her to be quick, I want this family dinner to be over with so I can go home and sleep." She complained before walking away the twins following behind her.

Canna shut the door and looked at Maybelle with a panicked expression. Rin wasn't back yet. "What do we do?" Canna asked nervously. Maybelle shrugged as she tried to figure out a plan. "What if we-...no, that wouldn't work." Maybelle spoke to herself. Canna shook her head before going over to Rin's closet and getting Rin's dress ready. "When she comes back, you help her in the bath and then we can both help her with her hair and clothes." Canna said getting a nod in reply from Maybelle.

"But what if she doesn't come home in ti-" Maybelle was cut off from a grunt from the balcony. "Hey guys, a little help?" A voice called out. Canna and Maybelle ran over to the balcony and looked over seeing Rin holding onto the railing with one arm. They quickly helped her as they smiled happily as now they didn't have to stress where their sister was.

"Where the heck were you???" Maybelle asked as she guided the younger to the bath. She started up the water as the younger stripped. "S-sorry...I didn't realize the time and Ash and I were having a deep conversation." Rin explained as she got into the bathtub once it was filled up.  Maybelle helped her wash her hair. Canna came and sat on the rim of the bathtub.

"Deep conversation huh?" Canna asked knowing that the younger was hiding some details. "What really happened?" Rin and Maybelle turned and looked at her. "Canna, you shouldn't pressure her." Maybelle scolded. "Well we both met the dude so I wouldn't be surprised if something else was going on secretly." Canna argued back. The two older siblings began to argue about the younger privacy as Rin looked down into the water.

"Oh, please, the boy could've easily forced her to do something!" Canna exclaimed as Rin tuned back into the argument. "I bet he made her-" "We kissed." Rin interrupted. The older siblings eyes widened.

"YOU WHAT?!!?!?" Maybelle and Canna said in sync except Maybelle sounded excited while Canna sounded shocked. Rin smiled as she played with the bubbles. "Yeah..."She said before turning around to look at her sisters. "B-but only that." The older sibling exchanged a glance earning the youngers curious gaze.

"What?" Rin asked as Maybelle frowned. "Are you gonna meet up with him tomorrow?" Maybelle asked in a sad tone. Rin shook her head. "No, why?"

"You should stop hanging out with him. If mom finds out and she will if you keep going out, she'll have him dead." Canna said. Rin knew that her mom is strict but would she really end the life of her daughters lover?

"We don't plan on hanging out...not for a long time." Rin admitted. She grasped the necklace that was around her neck. "Ash gave me this as a parting gift." Rin said as her mood got sadder and sadder. It was a quiet for a while. The older sisters felt bad knowing that they had to break Rin's heart. Rin didn't even blame her sisters though.

She blamed her mom.
