There was even a problem, that the reservations were canceled. When we bought our budget accommodation package it was online and everything had been marked as “successfully completed”. However as I am it is clear that something had to go wrong. Apparently they sold more packages than rooms, and since we were the last to make the reservations they canceled them. But they had messaged us that the reservation was canceled at the last minute.

And when I say last minute I mean it was literally like 5 hours before we got to the Hotel. We were already on the plane on the way to the place when the message was sent, there was no way anyone could receive that message

I swear I was already sitting on the floor crying for the perfect vacation lost when the manager (who was called to solve our problem) said:

-As it is a hotel error, we will carry them out. We will put you in deluxe rooms, with all the access that the deluxe package provides.
