Chapter 1: The Ultimate Prodigy's Farewell

Beginning (A/N): There will be a lot of P.O.V changes, mainly 1st and 3rd person obviously. But when it changes, I will note it so people know, so don't stress about being confused about who's POV it is.

This chapter will probs be rushed to most as I don't wanna bore people too much this early on.

- 1st Person, MC's PoV -

My name is Ryouta Akihito, first name Ryouta, family name Akihito.

I currently go to Hope's Peak Academy, with my alias/skill being "The Ultimate Prodigy", however in a week's time I'm moving to Shujin Academy.

Hope's Peak Academy was a school for 'Ultimates', it was a school that was renowned for producing people who changed the world in some way once they graduated. After all, it was a school only for the best of the best.

- 3rd Person, Author's PoV -

Ryouta stood up on his own two feet

He had two parents, one mum and one dad, that loved him very much. He also had a few relatives that lived in the area, one specific one that he was particularly close with.

He was a social guy who had a lot of friends, and could make them quite easily. He was also quite handsome, with a 6ft tall figure with perfect muscles, black hair with a bit of red, one hazel-y red-looking colour eye and one green eye, a sharp jawline with nice, white teeth. [Pic = Cover Image]

He got changed into his outdoor wear and left the house after telling his parents he was leaving.

It was Saturday, meaning there was no school. He jogged over to his favourite restaurant, which was also owned by his uncle. It may or may not be his favourite restaurant due to being able to eat for free, family perks at its finest.

A few minutes of jogging later, he arrived at the restaurant of his uncle, "Restaurant Yukihira", and entered.

"Yooo, if it isn't Lil' Ryo! Oi Soma, get your ass out the kitchen, your cousin's here" A cheerful, uncaring voice said. the man had long, brown hair which is swept back, save for a single group of bangs that hangs over his face down to his chin, He had a slight beard on his chin, and his body was well toned.

A teenage boy with yellow eyes and a vertical scar on his left eyebrow popped his head out from the kitchen. He has spiky dark-red hair with short bangs, and a white headband on his head.

This duo were father and son, Joichiro Yukihira, and Soma Yukihira. They were also Ryouta's uncle and cousin respectfully. These two are the family that Ryouta was closest with.

"Yo, Ryouta!" Soma said nonchalantly, and pulled his head back into the kitchen to carry on cooking for the customers. "Sorry! As you can see the restaurant is currently quite busy" He shouted.

"*Sigh*... Oh well, we can talk properly in a bit Ryo. Come on, help us back in the kitchen will you? After all, you're the 'UlTiMaTe PrOdIgY' pft-" Joichiro laughed, "Haha, my bad. Jokes aside, lets go" He turned serious and intensely tied his hair back with a hairband.

"Yeah, yeah, I'll help" Ryouta replied.

- An Hour Later -

"Phew... that was a nice workout" Ryouta exhaled with sweat dripping down his forehead.

The restaurant was now closed, as all customers were served and the trio were sitting and chatting.

"Damn, so you're moving schools in a week?" Joichiro asked, to which Ryouta nodded, "Wow, so you're transferring from the all-mighty Hope's Peak Academy, to some average highschool?" He nodded again.

"Hahaha!" Soma bellowed in laughter "Going to school must be a pain in the ass. Fortunately, I'll be taking over this restaurant in the future so, you know what it is" He chuckled, not noticing Joichiro smirking.

"My bad, I didn't know flexing stupidity was a thing nowadays, do you want a "Most Stupid Man Alive" trophy while you're at it?" Ryouta joked.

"Sorry smart ass, do you want a "Look at me, I'm so smart" medal while you're at it?" Soma replied

"Hate to break it to you, but I don't need something as flashy as a medal for people to know who I am-"

"Alright ladies, that's enough" Joichiro patted their backs and laughed, "Now shut it for now before I feed you both 'Bad Dish #69'" He turned serious, sending a shiver down Soma's and Ryouta's spine's.

"Anyway, so Ryo, have you told your mates?" Joichiro asked, to which Ryouta shook his head side to side

"I'll tell them, don't worry, it's not like they'll die without me anyway, I still have all their numbers and we can hang out anytime" Ryouta Stated.

- 6 days later -

It was the end of Friday, the final day of Ryouta's life in Hope's Peak Academy, and he was currently sitting with Soma and Joichiro, the normal day routine for him.

"..."

"..."

"..." The three stared in silence, the Yukihira's specifically staring at Ryouta, who had his head down in shame

"..Do it.." He muttered, unable to be heard properly.

"What was that?" Joichiro egged on.

"I didn't do it! Alright!?" Ryouta exhaled "It's fine, I'll just message the group chat when I get home and tell them" He added

"Or you could meet up with them and tell them in person. At least have the respect for your mates to tell them in person" Joichiro replied

"Yeah! Don't be a pussy!" Soma added in the background, earning a sigh from Ryouta, who pulled out his phone from his pocket and messaged the group chat of the people he considered his closest friends at school, which is quite a big group - social people perks.

"You don't mind if I tell them to come here, do you?" He asked Joichiro, to which he gave him the go-ahead.

[Ryouta: Yo. random notice, meet at my uncles restaurant if u can. I'll wait an hour for ppl to come] He messaged, before closing his phone straight away.

After 5 minutes, the first two people entered at the same time, coming together:

The first one was a tall, skinny young man with notably wide shoulders, sickly pale skin and light gray-green eyes with thick eyelashes. His hair is shoulder-length and naturally wavy, with his hair having a creamy tone to it.

The second person was an average boy with short, spiky-ish brown hair with an ahoge on top. He had brown eyes, and fun fact: His ahoge moves based on his emotions, for some reason.

"Hey Ryouta, we got your message" Hajime Hinata, the brown haired boy said, to which Nagito Komaeda, the other boy, nodded.

"Yo! Now we wait for the others" Ryouta said, to which Nagito hurriedly replied with

"By the way, Rantaro and Kaito said they aren't able to make it today" Nagito said slowly, before cheekily adding in "Plus, we don't wanna cockblock Kaito, especially while he's hanging out with Maki y'know" He smirked, causing the other men to nod.

"That's fine, let Kaito cook. What about the others? They coming?" Ryouta asked, getting a nod from both Hajime and Nagito.

25 minutes later, 4 more people arrived simultaneously, coincidentally meeting as pairs (2 at the same time, then turned into 4).

The first two were as juxtaposed as day and night, with the boy having very pale skin and a slim figure. His eyes are grey, with thick eyelashes and black hair, overall giving him a dark, ominous look.

The girl on the other hand had long blonde hair curving on either side, was above average height, had nice assets, and overall the opposite of the boy next to her.

"Yoh! Kaede, Shuichi, I see you two arrived together~ How adorableeeee" Ryouta said enthusiastically for the pair. It was clear to everyone they both liked each other, they just weren't dating yet for some reason, or maybe they're just simply oblivious to the other's feelings... somehow.

The second pair was a girl duo, both were incredibly beautiful. The girl on the left had purple eyes and a pale complexion. She had long lavender hair that she tied with a single braid on her left side with a black ribbon.

The girl on the right has short, pale mauve hair that slightly curls outwards, though the locks on either side of her face curl inwards. She has short straight bangs split towards the right, a white hairclip resembling the spaceship from Galaga pinned to a lock of her hair. She has sleepy-looking blossom pink eyes that adds cuteness to her.

"Hey/Hello, Ryouta" Chiaki, the short girl, and Kyoko, the lavender haired girl, said simultaneously with a smile on their faces.

"Hey you tw(o)-" He was about to return a greeting, before getting his field of vision blocked by Mount Everest's cousins.

"Ryou-Chan~!" An energetic female voice entered his ears as her big assets crashed into Ryouta's face, causing him to fall backwards, taking her with him.

*OOMPH!* The landing created a rough sound, thank friction.

"Ouch.. seriously Miu? Did you have to come out of nowhere like that and put your boobs in my face?" 'Not that I'm complaining' His mouth and mind spoke two different sentences.

"Sorry! I just couldn't help wanting to see you and pinning you to a bed while I 'perform maintenance' on your body, hehehe~" She spoke her wild imagination as her eyes started to spin, and her smile turned twisted as her mountains were pushing against Ryouta's body.

This scene caused different reactions from all people here currently, with Miu being the last person they needed to wait for.

Joichiro, Soma, Nagito, Hajime and Shuichi all respectfully saluted the position Ryouta was currently in, and payed their respects.

Meanwhile, Chiaki was looking at the scene with a not-very-hidden pout, and Kyoko with a better-hidden frown.

"Alright Miu, that's enough, let me say what needed to be said..." They both stood up, and Ryouta dropped the news

- 1 minute of realization later -

"WHAAATTTT?!?!" They all screamed in unison.

Ending Author's note (A/N): The implied feelings of Kyoko, Chiaki and possibly Miu for MC aren't a sign of a definite harem, this is just my way of saying I don't know who I wanna romance for now and creating different routes for now... that could POSSIBLY lead to a small harem, probs not.
