Xiao Yan was feeling ecstatic, never in his dreams did he believe he would reach the 5th Qi Layer before turning twenty. What was the 5th Qi Layer? It was a level where no one would dare scoff at. In Feng City, and especially his family which was one of the four major families situated within Feng City itself, the 6th Qi Layer was a level were most of the upper echelons had cultivated to.

Within the Xiao Family, low-level elders where actually still at the 5th Qi Layer. The 6th Qi Layer was a prerequisite for becoming one of family's high-level elders with status and authority above all else other than the Family's Patriarch and Grand Elder. Xiao Yan was now close to entering the 6th Qi Layer, along with being the current Patriarch's second son he would instantly be allowed to take up a seat as an elder and further solidify the Patriarch's power within the family.

Xiao Yan possessing a low-level Black Tier skill is the same as one of the most powerful sects handing him their most profound skills. Within the continent where Xiao Yan resided, the Azure Cloud Continent, the Four Major Sects that dominated the entire continent were powerful to the extreme. However, only one of the Four Major Sects had a high-level Black Tier skill and the other Three Major Sects only possessed middle-level Black Tier skills.

The letters within the book started to separate from the book and slowly started to rise in the air. The letters and words only remained still for a second as they began to rush towards Xiao Yan before directly entering into his forehead.

It had only taken a few breaths of time but the Skill had been integrated into his mind. The book returned to its normal colour and its previously glowing also started to diminish. Xiao Yan continued to look at the book, and that was when he noticed that the book was also becoming more transparent before completely disappearing before him.

Xiao Yan was once more dumbfounded. That was it? He had learned the skill? He didn't even have the chance to read the words before they entered his head. Xiao Yan was also perplexed at this situation, it had only taken a few breaths of time but the entire <Bone Shattering Fist> skill had been fully recorded within his mind. Xiao Yan pondered the situation a bit before remembering something else the System had told him. "Open Skills."
