The two girls looked in astonishment their father literally munching away half of a bucket of rosehips and gaped at their sister that calmly continued to fill buckets of rosehips.

"Sister, we can't bring all these rosehips to the city."

"We can bring them to different cities. Tomorrow is again market day in another city and we can just ask my new friend to drive us." She pointed at the man that still had swollen eye, but happily drove new carriage with people.

He stopped at one house and saw a strange light appearing and familiar person with two girls coming out. "Deity."

"I never said I'm a deity." She stopped him from spouting nonsense. " Listen. Tomorrow is a market day. I'll bring you large amount of rosehips and you sell it. A third you can keep as payment and the other two halves you will use to buy the most vegetables it is possible to drive with your carriage." She wanted to send to base some fresh vegetables.

"What kind of vegetables?" He was curious.

"I'll speak with you later. I saw where you live. Tonight prepare the carriage and the mule. I'll go bring baskets with rose hips and tomorrow we will see how much you sell."

She literally had over two dozen of big baskets of rosehips and planned to sell most of them to this market now.

Leftover will be sold in couple days.

He just nodded and saw her disappearing just moments before some people walked around corner and looked at him. "Let's go."

He snapped out of his daze and smiled. "Go, go. Of course go."

Anna Gale and her sisters gathered another two buckets of rosehips as girls didn't find anymore lavender and filled one more basket with it. Those baskets they took from the vegetable store where they were used for showcasing fruits and vegetables.

With over two dozen of those baskets filled with rosehips, they knew they will or sell, or bring it to the base.

A small house far on periphery of the nearest village of the city was suddenly busy.

Anna Gale appeared sat in carriage and drove it to the other side.

There she picked up the baskets and placed onto carriage, but realized only dozen of these baskets can be placed, so she drove out and pointed at baskets.

"I have more, but I'm not sure can you sell them all." She was uncertain about this for quite a while.

"Definitely. Many women here make sweets and tea with rosehips but the few bushes around this town is just not enough." He pointed most important fact.

The Sola city had bad streets but had lots of forest, but the further away she went, the less thick forest there was and more land spread in front of her eyes.

Even the bit forest they had they protected as they needed forest for firewood and replanted it every year.

Anna Gale shrruged. "Then take down these baskets and I'll bring one more time. If you can sell it all, it's good."

"The price?" He was looking at her in worry.

"Bring one basket to the store and sell for twice the price the store manager give you." This was easiest way to tell the price.

"I will do as you say." He rushed to unload the dozen baskets and saw her leaving and after while coming back.

She just jumped of the carriage and waved at him. "As I said. A third belongs to you. Rest buy as many vegetables you can. Cabbages, pumpkins, roots, onions the more variety, the better. Bring everything here and I will transport it away afterwards. I have a present for you afterward."

She already planned to give him a set for shaving, two sets of warm winter clothes with everything needed including socks and shoes and some food he can use it to stay alive over the winter time.

Soon she will have a task for him.

To travel further and further away, she needs a carriage with a driver and new adventure can start.

But she first will make him get information about other places and will get those maps from Manfred Sano. If he finds that it's I impossible now before winter, she won't put trouble onto him and will start traveling in the spring time.

She as well don't want to travel when winter starts and snow storms start hitting the land.

While she was on one side spending day with her thoughts, the base had full alarm.

Now many took anything loud and started hitting to attract attention of any zombie that was in surroundings and even speakers were on with loud music.

One hundred groups were made out of thousand men or women. Each group had ten survivors and to each group two soldiers were added with guns and their duty was to count and write killings.

"Sir, we have five thousand survivors and only one thousand applied?" Officer Jackson wanted to curse as he saw many men just standing there.

General Lewis chuckled. "Except elderly, pregnant women and small children that will eat in canteen from today, only those with points will be able to afford a better meal."

That was not a bad idea. Those that didn't go out will have to live on instant noodles and thin soups.

Gate slowly opened and whole crowd of zombies entered.

Those in back got stunned and frightened while the thousand in front just jumped forward to kill and get points.

As there were only less than thousand of those creatures, the zombies were killed in less than ten minutes.

A strange silence enveloped them and they cheered.

"All that have wounds have to report for tetanus shot and stitching. Rest of you will have your names written in books and soon you will have options. Eat in canteen for twenty points or eat instant food and save the money."

The words echoed in silence and every surviver that got points started suddenly cheering.

They helped clearing zombies and stuffing them into couple trucks that will be driven far away and set on fire.

By now many were scratched by those things and they didn't turn. But those that are bitten strangely do turn. So there must be something to do with their teeth that had or poison or some sort of virus in their mouths.

Of course there were few hurt, but as everyone watched on each other, they saved each other and not one was bitten.

To make sure that no one was bitten and was not reported, everyone now had to be quarantined for fifteen minutes.

But as they anyway had to load those dead creatures, the time passes fast and not even one of survivors showed any aggression or change.

Just as everyone sighed in relief a loud howl could be heard...
