Amon was taken aback by this question, not sure whether what the man was asking exactly.
"I was told by the Lord in Black that there is a library full of legacies here—that is what I seek. At my stage, information is crucial."
The man looked back toward him.
"Is it?" He folded his arms. "You can call me Lord True Vastness. Young man, I suppose you were told by this Lord in Black that so many legacies, of such high value at that, comes with a price?" He asked.
"Yes and no. He told me that me accepting his legacy and library is in itself, already me paying the price. I suppose me taking on both his and your legacy inextricably ties me to you all, no? That is the price."
Lord True Vastness nodded but soon after he shook his head.
"Yes, you are right, you accepting our legacy ties us together but you do not understand the scope of what you've been tied to."
His gaze sharpened and a golden light emanated from its galactical depths.
