Echoes of the Past

Blakely awoke to the soft morning light filtering through the curtains of her room in the Ursa Minor Guild Hall. She blinked groggily, feeling the comforting warmth of Matcha, her loyal panda summon, snuggled against her side. After their battle with Silica, the Sand Elemental Queen, she had slept deeper than she had in days, the exhaustion of the fight finally catching up with her.

For a moment, Blakely allowed herself to enjoy the stillness. The warmth of the room, the soft rustling of leaves outside, and the distant sounds of the guild members going about their morning routines—it was peaceful. But beneath that peace, she could feel the lingering tension in the air. The Elemental Queens and Kings weren't their only enemies. The Primordials, the ancient creators of the Elemental Titans, were still out there, their motives shrouded in mystery.

Blakely sighed and stretched, then sat up, patting Matcha's head as the giant panda yawned lazily.
