Untrue is my Decision - I fell

....

Trutyin City, Central District.

"Hush, being demoted to this town from the capital is already a disgrace and now you're quitting this job? Where are you going to get another one huh?" A man his 60s howled.

"Oi, stop it. I'm leaving abroad and I wanted to spend some time with my parents, so I demoted myself here. This is not a town either; don't you know it could anytime surpass the Capital? " A middle-aged man scowled.

"You're too amazing; this town couldn't hold you that's why I was concerned." An old man joked.

The middle-aged man chuckled as he looked at the horizon.

The sun was melting into the vast of nothingness, leaving behind a merge of azure-pink hue.

...

"A spectrum of wild emotions,

They crushed my heart,

Sobered my mind...

That I'm not the only one..."

"Agony is opening the final bliss... Or"

.....

"And the best student of the year, the most excellent student the school has seen this academic year..."

"It goes to... Lucas Anthony Xavier!"

A woman dressed in expensive attire, pure white cardigan and a high-neck peach dress-shirt smiled as she held a large golden cup. The name she just read out was engraved in the centre, eye-catching to the extreme.

A semi-thunderous applause was heard across the room, the receiver of this award was well-known for his achievements.

A raven-haired, azure-blue eyed boy stood up. He elegantly stood up and began walking towards the stage. Even before he received the award, countless eyes scrutinized him. He was already remarkable because of the way he looked.

His face was white and had perfect tints of pink flush at the correct places. He looked delicate and soft, but it was accompanied by his well-defined contours – his symmetrical face and his slightly protruding chin which was accompanied by an astonishing jawline which seemed like it could cut metal. But the most eye-catching part wasn't any of these, his deep azure-blue eyes – which were an abyss of endless emotions twirling. The black pupil gently converged into his blue iris, which was a beautiful compliment to the dark blue. Charcoal eyebrows curved into an arc highlighted this beautiful scene, but it was occasionally hidden by the bushy eyelashes, each strand dainty and long. His raven-black hair was combed back, exposing his enticing face completely, each feature distinctive and sharp enough to behold. But a bit of baby fat which overlapped the contours gave him a slightly underdeveloped feel, but not any less imposing.

All this featured complemented his beauty, making him seem like an otherworldly being.

He wore a subfusc which looked exquisite on him accentuated with his erect and confident stride; it left no room for gauche. His aura was overbearing and accompanied self-confidence to the extreme.

Albeit the atmosphere he was radiating, for a moment his aqueous eyes were clouded with insipidity and turbulence. Realising his fault he closed his eyes for a moment and he became normal.

.

Usually, a blazing inferno of passion would be found inside them, but the previous dullness was enough to make a person stop and ask what's wrong. His glacier-like eyes became cold and ignorant adding a touch of aloofness to his aura. It wasn't arrogant at all, but it seemed indignant to him that he was only that aloof.

He reached the stage and bowed once to the woman and to the crowd, he reeked of grace. The woman proudly smiled and gave him the humongous trophy as he bowed again. The woman too began to clap, as the applause grew louder and louder, a standing ovation – one person stood up and it spread like a wildfire.

He stood on the podium, adjusted the microphone and looked around. His gaze turned to one with modest satisfaction and he slightly squinted, which to a couple girls had their hearts stopped.

"To experience the honour of receiving this accolade is one of the biggest milestones of my life. This academy has made me realise the importance of self-recognition and staying true to beliefs. To be honest, it was one of the greatest reasons-"

The boy contrary to the elegance he was filled with used words which intuited a reaction from the youth.

"We can't be under grasps, we are meant to be free! But we can't hide behind mommy's back, can we? It's two sides of the same coin, either they TRY TO MAKE us surrender or we WILLINGLY surrender OURSELVES. Face it alone or hide from it behind. This is the true logic."

The boy began his award speech. Even the uninterested ones listened; his speech consisted of small jokes and was simplistic enough for everyone to resonate with it.

It had a unique charm to it. It was decorous, beautifully written yet roguish enough to garner the cheers of the students.

"Thank you." The boy once again bowed, his courtesy made some of the older audience feel happy.

The youngsters all howled, some students even threw their graduation hats upwards,

The smiling woman again came up to the stage and patted his back.

The boy went back to his seat, experiencing a series of handshakes, congratulations and high-fives.

A voice again echoed in the auditorium. The woman was again the one speaking; she seemed to be of great importance.

"This year, our school experienced several honours, teachers getting several awards and of course students bringing pride to our name."

"Lucas Anthony Xavier was given a full-end scholarship to the most prestigious university, with a history of 400 years. He had gone there for several debates, literary competitions and had judged the most elite among elite competitions! Mr. Zac will now give him the letter of acceptance to XXX University!"

An old man smiled and walked to the stage, as he caressed a scroll tied with silk ribbons.

Lucas who was clearly surprised again ran up to the stage, received the scroll and again went to the podium. This time he coughed before speaking, showing his slight embarrassment of running back and forth. It was clearly intended to keep both the awards so close to each other.

The seniors and the teachers just smiled, enthusiastically waiting for his speech.

"I'm indeed thankful for this but, before everything, I want to thank 2 people. My parents." Lucas's cold eyes turned slightly warm.

"They gave me hope, the will to move on, so I thank them along with all my teachers. Mr. Gladwin, Mrs. Lucinda-"

Then he began giving his acceptance speech about how grateful he was for the scholarship. He bowed again and went back.

Short but meaningful.

That was the thought of most of the audience. It just appreciated and expressed gratitude. Of course, it was a little boring, but he had given an interesting speech earlier, so they forgave him.

But the woman in stage and some of the higher authorities silently sweat, their spines were slightly shivering. But they brushed it off, thinking it was nothing.

...

....

.....

Sometime later, the ceremony and ended and all the students flung their square academic caps towards the air.

They had graduated! School's over!

All of them embraced each other, some crying, some were cackling like monkeys.

"School's over! Guys, we did it!"

Lucas was in the crowd laughing and behaving quite normally. He kept a polite distance from them and conversed with some nearby teachers.

Almost all of the teachers who talked to him patted his head, which made the meticulously combed back hair to spring up revealing an extremely fluffy texture. Some teachers even ruffled and messed it up more - satisfied all of them left giving notorious grins to the boy.

And of course, the hot-blooded youths weren't any better; following their elders guiding them to the wrong path all of them slid their fingers into the boy's soft hair.

But after a while Lucas went into a defensive stance glaring at all of them.

This instilled laughter as everyone soon began to mind their own businesses.

Lucas just sighed.

"Don't talk for too long, we're waiting for you in the after-party!"

A loud voice resounded

"Okaay!" The chaotic murmur of the students filled the hall.

...

As the students walked towards the huge hall, a number of teachers began whispering to each other, some of them had anxious looks.

"Why are you all looking so down?" A middle-aged professor asked the woman who was wearing the peach cardigan.

She looked around, sighed and leaned towards the man's wrinkly cartilage ear and whispered.

"He didn't talk about going to the university, at all... But you see that might have been a small mistake. He just acclaimed he was grateful."

"He didn't? I never noticed."

"Because you're old, Richard. Don't compare to people who have good perception like us."

....

...

"Sombre black hair fluttering through the wind,

Sapphire eyes deep as an abyss never ending,

Face like a sculpture, a miracle to wonder,

The Epitome of Suave Beauty,

The Paragon of Aristocracy."
