Taking Inheritance

**Scene: Council Meeting Room**

*The atmosphere is tense as Naruto stands before the council. The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, and the council members, both civilian and shinobi, are present.*

Naruto: *smirking* "All right, all right, Lord Old Man, what can I do for you?"

*Some of the council members start to chuckle, but one man looks embarrassed and ashamed. He seems ready to scream at Naruto, but the Hokage quickly intervenes.*

Hokage: "Well, the meeting is beginning now. What's the point of this meeting, mind telling us?"

*One of the council members stands up.*

Council Member 1: "Well, Lord Hokage, it seems that Naruto Uzumaki used some jutsu in his last mission, and we want him to teach that jutsu to some of our great shinobis, and that's all."

Naruto: *with a bold face, hands in his pockets* "Sorry, no teaching."

Council Member 2: *outraged* "What? How dare you! You will teach that to our great shinobis, and that's final!"

Council Member 3: "Yeah, you should teach that to the Uchiha. He is much more valuable and precious to us than you, you demon!"

*Naruto yawns, rubbing the back of his head.*

Naruto: "Well, I still don't get the point of me being here, so mind telling me?"

*One of the civilian council members stands up.*

Council Member 4: "All right, if you don't teach that jutsu to our chosen shinobis and Sasuke, we will not sell you anything, and that's final."

*Naruto starts to laugh, causing the Hokage and every council member to raise an eyebrow. Finally, Naruto calms down.*

Naruto: "Well, I was waiting for this moment. In that case, you might want to clear your stupid stuff from my shops and my property. Move all of that out of my property."

Council Member 4: *confused* "What do you mean, that's your property?"

Naruto: "Well, I would like to tell you guys that I am the son of Kushina Uzumaki. Being the sole member of the Uzumaki clan and her son, I own all the property she had. She owned 40% of the businesses in Konoha, and being her son, that all goes to me. So, I don't care if you don't sell me a thing, because in that case, you guys just have to clear your stupid stuff from my property and get out of this village, that's all."

Council Member 5: "What?"

Hiashi Hyuga: *standing up, angry* "You little brat! Most of the businesses in Konoha are run by the Hyuga clan. What proof do you have that you are her son? Kushina died, and she had no son. That property does not belong to you, it belongs to Konoha and us."

*Naruto starts to laugh again, then opens a seal on his arm and produces some papers.*

Naruto: "Well, in that case, this is her will, and it clearly states that all of her property belongs to me, her son, Naruto Uzumaki. And here is my birth certificate, signed by the Hokage himself, the Fourth Hokage to be exact."

Danzo: *trying to dismiss the documents* "Those are fake."

Shikaku Nara: *examining the papers* "No, they are not. My clan is responsible for keeping the records of the Hidden Leaf Village, so I know that those papers are genuine."

Hiashi Hyuga: "Still, you are too young to have a council seat and to be the heir of the Uzumaki clan. So, you don't own her property."

*Hiashi smirks, thinking he has cornered Naruto.*

**Scene: Council Meeting Room**

*The council members are surprised and shocked, especially the civilians, as they did not know Naruto was the son of Kushina. Most of the shinobi council members, however, were aware.*

Naruto: "Well, well, perhaps we are forgetting some of the laws of the council after all."

Shikaku Nara: *raising an eyebrow* "What do you mean by that?"

Naruto: *looking towards the Hokage* "Well, Lord Hokage, if my memory serves me right, there was a test and a law made by the Second Hokage concerning the sole heirs of the clans. As far as I remember, the law clearly states that if the shinobi or heir is not of age, he can take a test that will be as difficult as an examination for a council seat."

Hiashi Hyuga: *sneering* "You brat! You think you can take that test easily? You have to pass the exam, and trust me, a demon like you can never pass it."

*Naruto yawns and completely ignores Hiashi, who gets visibly pissed off.*

Naruto: "Well, I would like to take that exam because I think that the people here are really starting to get on my nerves, and I don't take [_f_] from anyone." *glares at Hiashi, leaking some bloodlust*

*The room fills with the bloodlust of the Nine Tails, making everyone shiver.*

Naruto: *calmly* "Well, should we start the test now?"

Hokage: *sighs* "If you really want to take the seat now, then we shall commence the test right away."

*The civilian council members are in pure anger.*

Hokage: "For the test, you have to defeat ten Anbu members or keep your ground against them for half an hour. If you are able to do so, you will be granted the seat of the council member, according to the law of the Second Hokage."

*Naruto smiles. Danzo, who does not want Naruto to have the council seat, speaks up.*

Danzo: "Okay, Naruto Uzumaki, then my Root Anbu will also take part in this exam. After all, we also want to know how strong you are and if you are worthy of having a seat among us elites."

Naruto: "Yeah, whatever, ugly ass."

*Everyone starts to laugh a little, but Danzo is furious.*

Danzo: "What did you say, you little brat?"

Naruto: "Nothing." *The Hokage and some council members, like Shikaku Nara, Ino's father, and Choji's father, smirk a little in favor of Naruto.*

*Danzo, the Hokage, and Hiashi nod in agreement. Two elite Byakugan users, three Hokage Anbu, and five Root Anbu prepare for the test.*

Naruto: "All right, I just have to keep my ground for 30 minutes or beat these foolish people to a bloody pulp, right?"

Hokage: "Okay, Naruto, you just have to defeat them or keep your ground, understand?"

Naruto: "Okay, these foolish people are going to be in the hospital, don't worry about it, Hokage."

*Naruto takes his position as all the shinobi surround him. The council members smirk, thinking Danzo has put his elites and Hiashi has confidence in his guards. The Hokage signals to begin.*

Hokage: "All right, Naruto, now begin."

*The Root Anbu dash towards Naruto with their swords, trying to slash him.
