Chapter 32 A Proposition

Before he could lean any further, with my small left strength, I pushed him away from me.

“Yes, I’m not…” I told him firmly as I sat up while pulling the sheets higher on my body.

He gave me a stunned look, and then taking the other half of the sheet, he covered his erection making me secretly sigh in relief.

“Are you sure that Lila drugged you?” Derek questioned getting serious.

“Yes,” I replied with the same seriousness.

“F**k… How dare she!!” He growled, anger evident in his voice as well as disbelief.

“She approached me last night at the dinner, and offered me dessert as an apology,” I told him honestly.

“She talked with you??” He looked at me, stunned and I nodded my head.

His pupils dilated and his body tensed as he questioned with a serious face, “What did she say?”

I bit my lips in hesitation, should I tell him the truth?

What harm could it cause?
