Lin Fang sighed and rubbed his forehead.

He was back in the real world after dying in the game world.

Yes, Lin Fang who owned the now famous in game character, Hon Ma Vương, died after being attacked by chickens

The most ridiculous thing was that these chickens were at level 0 and he was at fucking level 3!

How did that even happen one might ask

Well, Lin Fang don't really know how he, or more preferably, his character died. He just remembered being overwhelmed and that's it. He didn't even last five seconds.

Lin Fang groaned and logged out of his account on the computer.

His head was killing him. When the producers said pain in the game could actually be transmitted to the real body, they weren't joking!

Thankfully, it wasn't some deadly beast that killed him else it definitely would hurt worse.

On the bright side, Lin Fang wasn't really loosing anything much. Gold coins wasn't a problem and and he had multiples of the same skill book.

What really bothered him was that he would lose a level on logging back into the game.

He didn't work to gain his level but he sure as hell didn't want to lose it either.

And he can't log back in for three hours. That'll put him far behind other pro players

"Forget it, no need to cry over spilled milk" Lin Fang said and got up "Besides, even without the restriction, I definitely won't be logging in for a few hours. I need a pain killer"

With that, Lin Fang walked out of the room

The house was quite as everyone had already left hours ago. The only reason he was at home at this time of the afternoon was that school was on break.

Resumption was still two weeks away so Lin Fang would be home for a while.

After taking the painkiller, Lin Fang returned back to his room and decided to take a nap until the pain pass away.

Main while, all through the world, the stories of a player named Hon Ma Vương spread like wildfire

In a short while, a lot of people knew about it and they all had different opinions on the matter.

In a room at an unknown location, a young man of seventeen or eighteen glared at the computer screen.

"Impossible. I was supposed to be the most famous player in this game too" the boy said

He clicked on another video of Ma Vương talking to the elder and clinched his fist

"Hon Ma Vương, for taking my glory, I'll make life in the game a living hell for you. I Lin Jùn Jié promise you that"

Lin Fang didn't know he had just made his first in-game nemesis.

In fact, he didn't have any idea and was just getting up from bed.

With a long yawn and a stretch, Lin Fang got out of the bed and smiled

"My body doesn't hurt anymore. Time to get back in the game. God knows how far behind I've fallen in the last five hours"

With that said, Lin Fang quickly logged back into the second world

Hon Ma Vương blinked a couple times as his character appeared in the game.

Since one spawn randomly when they don't have a house, Ma Vương too spawn randomly

He immediately called out his Pixie the system notification followed

[Hello Player. According to the death penalties of this village, you have lost the following; 1 level, coins and a skill book. Apologies]

Ma Vương rolled his eyes. Apologies indeed. The voice didn't sound sorry at all.

"So, what are you going to do now?" Qiáng asked

From his inventory, Ma Vương took out a skill book with weird symbols and a soft blue glow.

He tossed it at Qiáng and the book shrieked in sized

"huh" Qiáng opened the book "It's the healing skill"

"Learn it. We're going back to the chicken farm and this time you're actually helping" Ma Vương said

"Flash steps"

A blue light passed and a figure followed.

This was Hon Ma Vương and he was currently at the chicken farm.

This was the seventh time he was fighting with the chickens. The last six times, he had had to escape when his health point was almost 20.

However, Ma Vương didn't give up and continued to attack the group of chickens. His status bar increase slightly and his battle experience also increased - at least he was able to kill five chickens before he was discovered

"Lily heart" Qiáng voice rang out and blue light appear around him.

The same blue light circled Ma Vương quickly just as his health point dropped to 250.

Ma Vương felt a familiar cold energy rush through him followed by the relaxed and well rested feeling.

This is the power of the basic healing skill Qiáng learnt. It could heal all basic injuries and replenish energy and Mana. It also required very little Mana Points to use.

Ma Vương's Health Points quickly climbed back up to 300 in 20 seconds and he attacked the last batch of chickens

"Double slash!" Ma Vương raised his dagger and slashed out

Two blades of energy formed and exploded on hitting the ground.

A small explosion occurred and when the dust cleared, the chickens were roasted.

Ma Vương sighed softly after all the chickens were dead. He had finally cleared the farm.

For the first time in his life, in his first virtual reality game, he completed a task.

Even though it was a relatively easy task for many, Ma Vương who had never taken part in violence before, felt extremely satisfied

or maybe it was just the sight of all those roasted chickens waiting to be eaten..

Anyways, Ma Vương found a place to sit after stuffing a reasonable amount of chicken meet into his inventory, and opened his status

Ma Vương looked through his status.

He had been demoted to level 2 and had lost 100 gold coins.

However, both he and Qiáng have gained leveling points and he now had another food choice in his inventory.

The bad wasn't that bad and the good wasn't really outstanding but it was a good start.

This time, he had accomplished something without the 'bugs' interference.

He gained little battle experience and that counted as something

"What next" Qiáng asked

Ma Vương looked at where the small winged human was sitting on top of a fallen tree branch, his mouth half stuffed with chicken meat.

Annoying as he was, Ma Vương admitted he won't have won if not for this little guy.

'He was more useful than he looks. I think I can forgive him for being a foul mouthed jerk'

"Go to the property agent and purchase a land. My inventory space is getting used up. I need someone to store my stuff" Ma Vương answered after a quick thought

"That's a brilliant idea" Qiáng's surprisingly supportive words startled Ma Vương into an alert position

Did he just hear wrongly? Did Qiáng just support his decision?!

"...I mean, it's not like someone as weak as you can camp out in the night anyways. You'll die of heart attack before an enemy find you"

Ma Vương blinked a couple times as his suprise came crashing down like a bad dream

'Forget it. What will never change will never change' Ma Vương thought to himself and got up

He felt like he have rested long enough.
