One Piece: Starting With Flame-Flame Fruit

The Sabaody Archipelago lies at the heart of the Grand Line, just before the Red Line. It's the final checkpoint on the path to the New World, a dangerous place where many rookie pirates meet their end. Since it's close to Marine Headquarters, Marineford, you can bet it's well-patrolled.

It's been 17 years since the world's most infamous pirate, Gol D. Roger, was executed. His legacy? A great pirate era that lured countless adventurers onto the seas, with no Marine force strong enough to stop them. He was, after all, the Pirate King – the only one to complete the Grand Line and captain of the Roger Pirates. As for his treasure, the legendary One Piece, he left one last message for the world:

"My treasure? If you want it, take it. I left it all at that place! Find it, and the world's greatest riches are yours!"

Those words sparked dreams and greed across the seas. Adventurers, treasure hunters, and pirate hopefuls alike set sail, their hearts ignited by the promise of riches or the allure of adventure. Thus, the Great Pirate Era was born.

And in the middle of this chaos, on the Sabaody Archipelago, there's a guy named Tony with a dream of his own – to conquer the Grand Line and sail the seas. There's just one problem… he's still stuck polishing glasses in a bar.

In Area 13 of the archipelago, Shakky's Rip-Off Bar is bustling with life. Tony stands behind the counter, a handsome young man with sharp, dark eyes, a brooding expression, and the look of someone who's been denied his rightful destiny. Every day, he's at this bar, working, cleaning – stuck in a grind that's the opposite of the adventure he craves.

Tony's frustration was understandable. He was, after all, a die-hard fan of One Piece, who had mysteriously crossed over into its world three years ago. One minute he'd been binge-watching at home, the next he'd woken up in the harbor of Sabaody Archipelago – nearly becoming shark bait if it weren't for Silvers Rayleigh spotting him.

Once Rayleigh saved him, Tony held on tight. In a world this dangerous, he'd need a powerful ally, and Rayleigh was the perfect one to keep him alive. Seeing some potential in Tony, Rayleigh brought him here to work at Shakky's bar as a helper.

Tony was thrilled at first, thinking he'd landed the adventure of a lifetime. Here he was, working with the former first mate of the Pirate King himself! But, three years later, he was still polishing glasses, his "training" limited to the occasional sword lesson from Rayleigh, and the endless days behind the counter had worn his patience thin.

Finally, Tony snapped. He slammed his polishing cloth down, a mix of frustration and desperation bursting out.

"Enough! Are you messing with me or what?! Three whole years! If there's anyone listening, say something already!"

What he wanted was something he'd read about in countless novels: a system, a guide, or some supernatural mentor to help him on his way. But as days passed without a sign, he began to feel like the universe was just messing with him.

Just as he leaned down to pick up the cloth, a cool, smooth voice echoed in his mind.

[Ding!,

"Hello!"]

Tony's eyes lit up, a huge grin breaking out as he straightened up.

"It's here! Finally! My days of suffering are over!" he thought, unable to hold back a triumphant smile.

[Warning, host! Your excitement level is too high. Please try to stay calm," the cool, authoritative voice of the system interrupted in Tony's mind, clearly put off by his overwhelming enthusiasm.]

"Calm down? You've got to be kidding!" Tony thought, practically bursting with joy. After waiting for what felt like a lifetime, his system had finally arrived. How could he not be ecstatic?

[Please remain calm… I'm about to explain the system's functions and introduce you to your ultimate starter pack] , the system continued, sounding almost exasperated. But Tony was beyond any kind of chill, his eyes practically glowing with anticipation.

"System, initiate the ultimate starter pack!" he said, grinning widely.

["Ding! Congratulations, host! You've received the Flame-Flame Fruit, a Logia-type Devil Fruit," the system announced.

"Ding! You've also obtained the Two-Tomoe Sharingan from Naruto."

"Ding! You've acquired the flame-based zanpakutō, Ryūjin Jakka, the strongest in the Bleach universe!"

"Ding! You've also been granted access to Kido Techniques from Bleach."]

Tony was dumbfounded, staring at his reward panel. He could hardly believe it. The Sharingan, his favorite eye technique from Naruto, even if it was just the Two-Tomoe version.

And Ryūjin Jakka!

In Bleach, it was the most formidable flame sword, once wielded by the former Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13, Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, with a Bankai capable of unimaginable devastation. And now, on top of that, he had access to Kido techniques, with all the spells, restraints, and mysteries of Bleach's most powerful combat magic.

It was everything he'd ever dreamed of – with only one minor drawback: the Flame-Flame Fruit.

"Uh… I mean, System! I've got a question about this fruit," Tony asked. "Will eating it make me repellant to water like other Devil Fruit users in this world? I can't be weak to water out here – that's just asking for trouble."

[Host, as of now, you will have that weakness], the system replied, its voice calm. [However, as you advance through the levels, this effect will be gradually removed. So for now, be cautious around water, but in time, you will become immune to it.]

Overjoyed, Tony eagerly accepted the rewards, feeling power surge through his body. He could feel the Flame-Flame Fruit merging with him, his mind now enriched with the Kido techniques. In his hand, Ryūjin Jakka appeared, blazing with a fierce fire. And when he looked in the mirror, his eyes now shone with the red hue of the Two-Tomoe Sharingan.

Heat radiated from within, transforming his body as the power of fire took hold. The Flame-Flame Fruit was indeed powerful among Logia fruits, but he knew there were even greater abilities in this world, like the Tremor-Tremor Fruit or the Rumble-Rumble Fruit – not to mention the dreaded Magma-Magma Fruit, which directly countered flame powers.

With the setup complete, the system continued its explanation of its own capabilities.

"This system is called the God-Level Evolution System. As the name suggests, it allows abilities to level up. Through dedicated training, host, you can enhance your skills and unlock higher-tier powers. Reaching 100% experience in each skill will advance it to the next stage, potentially unlocking special rewards along the way. For instance, when the Flame-Flame Fruit reaches full experience, its orange flames can evolve into blue flames, with exponentially increased heat and destruction – far beyond the standard fruit power in this world."

Tony glanced at his power display and noticed that behind the Flame-Flame Fruit status were several locked progress bars marked with question marks. The same applied to the Sharingan; as he leveled up, he'd be able to upgrade it to the Three-Tomoe Sharingan, then the Mangekyō Sharingan, and potentially even the Rinnegan!

For Ryūjin Jakka, only 30% training was needed to unlock its basic form, and at 50%, he would gain access to Bankai. The Kido techniques, too, could grow in strength, adding new spells to his arsenal.

Tony's gaze burned with newfound determination. With these powers, he was no longer just a bartender stuck in a cycle of ordinary service work – he was a force to be reckoned with. Soon enough, he'd carve out his own place in this world of legends.

"Who said Flame-Flame Fruit can't compare to the Magma-Magma Fruit?" Tony grinned, his eyes blazing with the Sharingan's crimson hue. "Countered? Don't make me laugh. When my flames evolve, that magma will burn to nothing!"
