Chapter 88

Title: Loguetown and meeting a sibling….

As the Strawhats arrive in Loguetown, everyone goes their own way. Luffy went to the execution platform. Naruto wanted to go there but Dead Cat dragged him to go with it and Zoro as the cat lent Zoro some money for swords. It doesn't want Zoro to be scammed.

Each other Strawhat goes his own way.

….

While Zoro was walking he had an annoyed look on his face as he had to drag Naruto by the back of his shirt as tears came out of his eyes. "Ugh… I wanted to go with Luffy to the execution, this sucks. I have to go with marimo head here to buy some sh*tty sword. This sucks… I am stuck with the sh*tty Swordsman and lame cat that should get experimented on by scientists on how it can talk."

Dead Cat uses its tail to slap Naruto on the face. "Stop whining like a kid!"

Naruto just mumbles something unintelligible at this. 

….

As they walk along, Naruto finally grumpily walks for himself so Zoro doesn't have to drag him. 

As they are walking they see a girl with short hair up to her neck and she is wearing glasses. She is being threatened by two ruffians who seem to be holding a grudge against her.

"Hey! You need to tell your captain that he should release our friends."

The girl shakes her head at this. "No, that is improbable to ever happen."

"Maybe if we ruffle you up then Smoker might change his mind." Says the other ruffian.

Zoro is about to pull out his sword and teach these guys a lesson but suddenly out of nowhere.

*bang* *bang*

A giant sword hits them in the head, knocking them out. Zoro immediately tenses as he feels his bones tingle like the time when he met Mihawk.

The people around look at the person with the giant sword. "Is that… "Demon Hunter" Zabuza!?!?!"

"Yeah, he has been staying in Logue town for two months now. He and Smoker have been hunting pirates whenever they can. In the last year, no pirate from East Blue has left to go to the Grand Line because of these two years." Explains another pedestrian.

At this time Naruto's eyes almost pop out of his sockets as he sees a tall man with the lower part of his face covered in bandages.  

Zabuza then crouches down and asks. "Oy! Silly Tashigi, you need to get some straps with those glasses so they don't keep falling on the ground every time you fight."

Zoro sees that the woman named Tashigi seems a lot like his childhood friend Kuina. So in the end he is surprised but walks away from the scene.

….

Naruto also walks along with Zoro and Dead Cat. Zoro notices that something seems wrong with Naruto as he isn't complaining or anything like that.

This was extremely strange and once he looks at Naruto he sees that he has sweat along his face. His eyes seemed unfocused and he seemed rigid and nervous.

"What's wrong with you?" Asks Zoro with a questioning look on his face. 

Naruto just shakes his head and says. "No… nothing is wrong…"

What Zoro didn't notice was that even the usually calm Dead Cat was a little nervous.

….

They arrive at the sword shop and Naruto tries to make himself invisible. Zoro had 300,000 ß that he had borrowed from Dead Cat, he could get two decent swords. He got them and was ready to go outside of the shop when a tall man entered through the door and looked around. 

His eyes landed on Naruto and he seemed to have a smile under that bandage that he uses to cover the lower part of his face. He is the "Demon Hunter" Zabuza.

"Hello, there little brother!" Says Zabuza as his eyes land on Naruto. Zoro's eyes widen at this as he understands what this means. "Long time no see…"

Naruto sweats even more and extends a shaky handshake towards his brother. "H -Hello there Z -Zabuza…"

Zabuza's smile seemed to widen once he heard that. He knows that Naruto has no idea Jaw already let him go, in contrast, Naruto thinks that he ran away without anyone noticing his escape.

Zabuza notices this but he puts a hand on Naruto's shoulder and says. "Don't worry brother, dad isn't mad at this. But he did say that you must impress him by the time you want to enter the New World."

Naruto's body relaxes as he looks at Zabuza, who looks back at him like he was dumb.

"You thought that dad didn't know your location?" Zabuza notices his embarrassed expression and laughs out loud even more. "Zazazazaza… anyway, I will be waiting to hear about your adventure brother."

As he says that Zabuza walks past Naruto, leaving the blonde dumbfounded. 

But he stops and turns at Naruto once again. He then pulls two swords wrapped in bandages and throws them at Naruto. "Little brother, hang on to these. You might need them one day."

Naruto nods and puts the swords in his storage space absentmindedly, not even looking at what swords they were.

….

Later on, the rest of the crew except Luffy meet up together coincidentally. Usopp and Sanji were carrying a giant fish together. Nami had a giant bag of clothes with her too, she looks at the rest of them and says. "Hey guys, go and get Luffy. The humidity in the air is rising so there will be a storm soon. Naruto you come with me and store my bag and fish in your storage dimension. Dead Cat, you enter in there too and make sure that the fish doesn't touch my clothes bag."

The cat nods and jumps in as Naruto opens a zipper in his abdomen. He then almost splits his body in half as he had to fit in the fish, the clothes were easy as he just pushed them in. Naruto can only store things that are less heavy and have less mass than him. But there are loopholes, for example, if he couldn't store the fish, he would just cut the fish in two and store it that way, one by one.

….

Later on Luffy, Zoro and Sanji come back to the ship and they all set sail in the storm. Apparently, they had fought Tashigi and Smoker. 

….

As they set sail, they see the Reverse Mountain, and they all smile. They each announce their dream by putting their foot on a barrel.

Even Dead Cat jumped on the barrel and said. "I wanna protect a certain someone from his stupidity."

Naruto puts his foot on the barrel too and says. "I wanna live a life that when I am on my deathbed dying, I will think; Wow! This life of mine has been quite something."

The others laugh at this too and Dead Cat looks at Naruto with a curious look in its eyes. 

….

On the New World, on an unspecified island. Jaw was sitting on the beach and hearing a transmission of what the Strawhats said. He smirks at this. 

Zabuza had a spy device put on the ship as soon as he noticed that Naruto had landed. 'Now they enter the Grand Line…'

….

Welp, this is it for Naruto. Some big things are happening in the New World now, we go back to the MC and stay there.
