She woke up panting. What was that? Who was that? Why this dream? She thought wild in her head. The woman yelling her name in fury appeared in her head. She's one hundred percent sure and can also bet with her life that she hadn't seen that person, so how did that woman know her name and why was she yelling her name angrily? She rested her back on the bed board trying really hard to see if she could recall her from someone she met in the past. Unfortunately, the result was negative. She recalled how fiery she looked, yelling out her name in anger. She noticed her hair and her fingers were nothing compared to that of a human. And the humans destroying the city in her dream didn't look like they were in their right state of mind. It was as if something was controlling them.

She was so lost in her thoughts that she didn't realize it was day break already. A bird's chirp drew her back to reality. She sighed shaking off that wild thought playing in her head. She stood up and quickly took her bath.

Her heart skipped a beat and fear immediately cloaked her as she saw who was sitting on the dining table. His cold deadly look turned to the frozen girl standing like a statue.

He scoffed. "So we meet again."

It was Felix. The incident from the Wang's party, his deadly look, and how he choked Lisa with his strong hand played in her head like it happened just a day ago. her throat moved, gulping down the lump stuck in her throat.

"What's going on here?" Asked Francis who just appeared in the dining room.

She moved and stood behind him, thanking the heavens that he came just in time.

"I think your little girl over there is scared of me." He spoke so straight forward and taking a bite from his food.

"How are you feeling now Felix?" He asked emptily.

Felix was brought home drunk. Someone from the bar had called Francis that night with his phone, to come take his brother because they were about closing. It wasn't an easy job bringing him to his house in that drunken state but he was relieved knowing fully well that they've successfully arrived.

He didn't answer but just took a sip from his glass not tearing his gaze from the girl behind him.

Francis sighed and just completely ignored him. "Have a seat Jane."

The scared girl took some steps and sat on a chair that was opened for her by a maid. Francis had started eating and it was the first time Jane had seen him eat. But her body was too occupied with fear from how his brother kept staring at her and continued taking slow sips from his glass. Her eyes caught his unfathomable cold eyes and it was clearly stated in that air that these two brothers never got along pretty well. But that wasn't her problem at the mean time. Her body was trembling in fear from the way Felix kept staring at her. It was like something fishy was going on in his mind.

Her stomach growled and taking her mind away from the man across her, she started digging her food. At that moment, her stomach needed her attention the most more than any other thing.

Francis who had stopped eating a long time ago, just kept staring at the hungry eating girl. His plate looked like it was untouched.

"Thank you." She said after finishing four rounds of plate.

"Let's go." He stood up and outstretched his hand to her.

She decided not to look at the man across her for her body not to be cloaked with fear.

They walked hand in hand to the elevator. They got to the toppest part of the building. She closed her eyes and opened her arms wide as she let the cool morning breeze blew pass her. The sight and everything else was truly beautiful. She ran to an edge, and it was as if the whole city could be viewed from up there.

"This is beautiful Francis." She spoke with a big smile on her face.

A smile lit his face, hearing how happy she is. "You like the view?"

She whipped her head to him still smiling wide. "Are you even asking me if I like it. I love it. It's really really beautiful." She screamed in excitement. She ran and hugged him so tight. "Thank you." Emotions residing in her voice.

This was also in her bucket list. To stay on a roof top, feeling the cool morning breeze with her lover by her side. She never expected this day will ever come to pass. She cupped his face and kissed him. A kiss so gentle and so soft. A kiss that meant I'll never leave you no matter what. A kiss that meant I'll love you till the end of time.
