Magical

The hall was covered with darkness, and only a light pointed in a direction could be seen. From nowhere in the dark, a violin started playing a gentle call, giving the whole scene another special effect. Another light popped out at the end of the room, and a man wearing all white aristocratic suits came into view.

Her eyes widened, and her mouth gaped. Like, who in the heavenly burgers is she seeing? This is actually the first time she has seen him wearing a completely different color of attire apart from black, which made him look like the 'god of black'. But right now, he looked like a fallen angel from heaven with one mission to hypnotize any girl that stared at him.

He was dressed like a Disney prince. His dark, fine hair was combed perfectly backwards. His boots, which almost reached his knees, were gold. He looked beautiful. Just extremely out of this world.

She could not take her eyes away from the fallen angel. He slowly approached her, and her heartbeat increased. Her breath hitched. It was as though she was seeing him for the first time. She lost her breath, as he was now close to her. Goodness gracious! He just looked extremely out of place on earth. Breathtaking. She could not just put the words together to match how he looked right now.

"May I have this dance, My Lady?" He spoke in an earthly voice that soothed his aristocratic look. His voice alone drew her into another world. She did not know what to call the world he drew her into.

Her lips stretched, and she gently placed her warm, feminine hand on his outstretched hand. Their eyes sparked at just that one touch.

"You look extremely gorgeous tonight, wife." He spoke as they walked hand in hand to the middle of the room in an aristocratic manner.

A blush stroked her beautiful painted face. She didn't know what to say. She was about to give him the same compliment when an instrument caught her words. A euphonious voice started singing after the introduction of the instrument. Jane's eyes widened upon hearing the kind of music being played.

"Tale as old as times...

True as it may be...

Barely even friends...

The two of them just danced away to the music as couples should. Even if the singer's face was not seen, she recognized that voice. It belonged to one of the most popular and famous singers in the country and among the highest-paid artists in the country. She was among the top female musicians in the country, even surpassing some males.

They danced to the lovely music, not cutting their gazes away from each other for a second. A male voice added to the beauty of the song, and the two powerful duos made the whole scene magical. Jane, on the other hand, just kept blushing.

"Beauty and the..."

They kissed as the final word of the song was drawing to an end. Rainbows were swimming in her tummy, and the sound of clapping shocked her. She never would have guessed that there were people in the hall.

The lights in the room slowly turned on, and the people's faces were shown. Tears almost dripped down her cheeks. The sight was beautiful. Even the invited guests were dressed like true royal guests in those fairytale cartoons.

She was able to spot her grandmother in the crowd. She was dressed like those fairies and also holding a magic wand in her hand. Jane couldn't help but chuckle inwardly. Her grandma is just too full of drama every day. But all she could give was a warm smile to both her grandmother and her dad.

She changed her direction to face the man in front of her. Her eyes were beginning to well.

"Thank you." She spoke, already tearing up, not being able to comprehend this feeling anymore.

He kissed the tears away from her eyes and moved down to her lips. His lips on her were so soft. He moved to her upper lip and to her lower lip, and Jane could feel the heat burning up from within her. The people just watched this whole little romantic drama scene. They just wished the couples nothing but pure happiness and joy in their love lives. To Jane, there was no word that could describe how romantic everything was at the moment.

He never thought one day that just a mere girl could be able to put his monsters to sleep. Just the sound of her name alone was enough to put those beasts to sleep. He is the beast, and she is the beauty he needed in his life. A beauty that turned him into a worm.

"I love you." He spoke romantically, wiping away the tears stranded on her cheeks with his thumbs.

"I love you too."

Her lips stroked his, and he gave in to the warm embrace of her lips. The atmosphere was just filled with nothing but love.

"Fairy godmother is getting bored." Her grandma teased, and everyone present there, laughed.

All this while, Mrs. Hien's body has been itching to do what she has always wanted to do. She approached them and began swinging her wand.

"I curse the both of you with more love, happiness, longevity, my twin grandchildren, and more healthy and prosperous years ahead of you."

Jane could not help but chuckle at the words of her grandmother. She scooped her up for a hug and pulled, only to see her grandmother's stiffened reaction.

"Grandma?"
