"Good morning grandma." She greeted her grandma kissing her both cheeks.

"Good morning dear. How was your night?"

"It was okay." Her grandma let out a faint smile and she held her grandma's hands staring at her. "Grandma, are you alright now?" She asked, looking worried.

Her grandma cupped her face with her left hand and let out a generous smile. "Don't be too worried about me my dear. I always want you to be happy and you know that." She said and Jane wrapped her in for a hug.

"I'm sorry about yesterday grandma."

"No my darling. Don't be sorry. There's nothing you should apologize for. Absolutely nothing."

Their hugs tightened for a while and Jane finally let loosed.

"Grandma, I need to go see Lisa."

She smiled. "Alright my dear. Just be careful out there." Jane nodded.

Jane had decided to go look for Lisa. There's no hellish way she could just sit behind now and not do anything especially after having such terrifying dreams.

She took a cab to Lisa's building and still got no news of her. Knowing Lisa for years now, she knew she would not go back to her parent's house no matter what. She decided to go search her favourites places like the restaurant, the park and even the shopping mall but the results was still negative. It was already late noon and there was still no sign of her.

She sat on the bench thinking of Lisa. She had searched all of her favorite spot on the beach. Her body had become so exhausted from looking for Lisa. Amidst her exhausted state, her mind clicked to Lisa's father. She gave Lisa's dad a phone call, only to get a shocking news.

"To the States. But when?"

Her father was so shocked that her bestie, Jane was not aware before she left? He knew Lisa always told Jane everything, so why omit this?

"Did you guys had a fight?"

"No. Never."

He sighed over the phone. "It's okay dear. I'll try calling her to give you a phone call."

"Okay. Thank you." She hung up.

'Lisa moved to the States without telling me? But why?' She thought as utter confusion slammed on her face. She felt relief now after knowing Lisa was doing alright and that her dreams were just her normal nightmares. She exhaled loudly and took some steps to board a vehicle. There was nothing to worry about, so she thought. The sun had already turned into red balls, kissing the horizon when the cab finally pulled in front of her house.

"Good evening dad. Good evening grandma." Kissing their both cheeks.

"How was your day today? " Her grandma asked.

She sighed looking sad. "Grandma, I just found out that Lisa left to the States."

"What.....?" He grandma sounded shock. "But when was that and why?"

"I don't know grandma. I haven't set my eyes on her after the show we held for the oldies and the orphans."

"Did something happen to her or between you both?"

"Grandma...you know Lisa and I had nothing against each other ever since day one. We've always been on good terms. I'm also surprised that she left without telling me."

Her grandma sighed looking sad. Her mind wavered about Lisa. This was the first time she left without telling her or dropping by to say goodbye. She cupped Jane's face. "Don't worry dear. I guess she's alright. Maybe something urgent came up and that must be the reason for her, suddenly leaving for the States."

She hugged her grandma. "I just miss her a lot."

"I know."

A knock came on the door, disturbing their grandma to grand child mini hug.

"Wait here. I'll go get it." Her grandma spoke. She was already warming up her body if that was Sia again.

"Good evening Mrs Hien." A man spoke smiling warmly at her.

Jane's body stiffened as her eyes sighted who it was at the door. Her dad who just walked to see who it was and her grandma, also looked shocked.

"F....F....F....Felix?"

He smiled hearing his name from her mouth. "Hello Jane."

Her father didn't hesitate to land a punch on his face, causing him to bleed from his nose. "I've always wanted to do that to you." Gritting his teeth.

Ever since Felix did that to the children in the party, Ken had been praying not to cross path with him. He knew he would not hold back himself from landing a punch on his face hard.

"Dad, calm down." Jane who just appraoched him, held his shoulders.

After Felix had materialized, he still smiled warmly at her.

"Don't worry Jane. I deserved it."

Jane felt pity on him immediately on the poor guy.

"Here." Her grandma spoke handing him some tissues and bringing him inside. "Feeling better?" She asked.

He stared at Jane and smiled even widely. "Never been better." His gaze not tearing away from her.
