"Why can't you love me?" She asked, her voice sounding emotional.
He stopped patting her head and retorted his hand back at his side. "Simple. You're not my type." He said in a cold voice not caring if that would hurt her.
She breathed out to hold a grip of herself. "I'm sure you've travelled round the world and you've set eyes on many beautiful girls out there. And you're saying that none of them is your type? You didn't found any attractive? Except from them, you even rejected my friend Lisa who so many guys out there are begging to have her attention. Wasn't she beautiful enough?"
"Good question baby girl." His lips curved up sexily. "I don't do love and that's how it is."
"You don't do love? You rejected a lot of girls. Then what is it you want in a woman." She asked searching his eyes.
He stared at her and raked his hair. "Jane, I had never dreamt of ending up with a woman all my life. I had never in my years of existence, thought about that. So to answer that question of your's, NOTHING. Nothing apart from sex."
She licked her lips a bit annoyed and swallowed. "So every woman is nothing but a sex toy to you?"
"Yes.." He said really straightforward.
"Is there no other thing you want in a woman except from them being a sex toy to you. Something you wished a woman should possess for you. Something you could find attractive."
He scoffed and took a step back and his lips wried up. "Let me think. NO." He said coldly and very straightforward.
She sighed. This man was just too unbelievable. "You know, marriage is a very beautiful thing. It's everyone's dream to settle down with someone one day even if they're....players. So I don't understand why you don't find any woman attractive so you can settle down with her and have beautiful children."
A devil smirk formed on his lips. "Marriage is an every day dream for girls. Only a few boys decide not to get married. So don't say is everyone's dreams."
"I'm....."
"Your biggest dream now Jane, is to become a successful woman. Tsk. And that's why I said, you're still too young to understand life."
Jane bit her lips in anger. She know she was young, but does he have to sound like he had lived for thousands of years even if he's just a few years older than her. Even her grandma don't make her feel so belittled like the way he does.
"Then try starting a family." She said changing the topic in her head. "I mean...just have kids with one woman. A lot of rich people do that these days."
He scoffed. "You know, I always thought you were a bit smart. Tsk. But unfortunately, you're just dumb as the others."
Her brows knotted together. "What do you mean..."
"And who the hell told you I want to start raising a family with a woman. It's still the same thing as getting married."
"So you're just going to get old and die?"
"Die?" He laughed like a devil as he echoed the word.
"Yes." She said but didn't understand what he found hilarious in what she said that's making him laugh.
"You're amusing." He said and approached her narrowing his gaze to her. "What makes you think I'll die."
Jane's eyes widened slightly. "For crying out loud, you're a human. You don't expect to live on earth forever. Even the great and mighty warriors and rulers are dead now."
He nodded his head slightly. "That would be great if I die."
This man was just too much. What was he planning to do. "I'm pretty sure no amount of technology and money can stop a person from dying."
His lips wried up and his hands held her chin up. "You're such an entertaining person. I think I'm filled with your marriage conversation and this whole death thing." He said in a cold tone.
"I just have one thing to say." She said in a pleading voice. "You're a very handsome man. Breathtakingly type of handsome and you have a good heart deep inside of you. I know you'd make a good hus..."
"Are you saying this so I can end up with you?"
She blinked her eyes as she wasn't expecting that. "No...." She said honestly. "We...We might not end up as a real couple. I'm just saying that you should just settle down with one woman and have kids now that you're still in your thirties."
His brow raised up and an awkward smile formed on his lips as she said that last word. His hand left her chin and she could see an awkward look on his face.
"You're in your thirties right?" She asked because as she said that, he was having an 'how sure are you' kind of look.
