A middle-aged man from the rabbit race was busy reading documents on his table.
Knock! Knock!
"Tck!" The rabbit race's middle-aged man was irritated that his work was being disrupted.
"What is it, I already told you guys not to interrupt me when I'm working on these documents," the same middle-aged man yelled loud enough for the other side to hear him without opening the door.
"Sir, we understand, but you also told us to notify you if someone proved the slave traders this month," the orc staff responded, sweating.
Michael Airbrson, their department head of Public Market, was well known for his strict management of the Oro Golden City's Public Market.
Even the Rabbit Race was known for their weak and cute appearance, but they forgot that their speed made them one of the best assassins.
They usually have a childlike appearance, and their ears usually blend in with their hair; they only show when they're in a fight or feel threatened.
The amazing part is that Michael, the head of the Public Market, was a warrior type, which is unusual for a rabbit race.
The information piques Michael's interest.
"Okay, come in and explain everything to me," Michael orders.
"Yes, Sir Michael," the Orc Staff said as he went inside, relieved that their department head had calmed down or he would be doomed for a month.
The Orc Staff reported about the trouble in the Public Market just a few hours ago.
And the Slave Trader owner Sanbir already filed a complaint at the City Hall.
And also written on the report that it was a half-elf that was the escape. After that, he was able to locate his father in the crowd at Public Market.
A few hours before meeting his human father, the little elf boy flees the slave trader.
Based on the report that the human Father came to the Oro Gold City for only two days.
What was the most surprising was he seemed a close friend of Blu. The 'Jinx' was the son of the famous War General Eric of the kingdom.
It was also recorded that Blu assisted Frz, the Father of the Half-Elf, in purchasing a property with the city earlier that day.
Furthermore, the two arrived in the city together and met up in Del Carmen, a town before arriving at the Oro Gold City.
"Hmm... that'd be interesting. Jeld instructs Daniel to get ready.
And the orc staff name Jeld left.
"That Sanbir, he was sitting far too comfortably in luxury. That Wilson Clan's little boy." Michael thought to himself, "That's amusing."
Sanbir was the top earner slave trader in the city out of hundreds of slave traders.
Michael's capture as a slave in his adolescence was a well-kept secret.
Fortunately, he was saved by a random bystander. So he vowed to be stronger from then on, and his hatred for Slave Traders grew stronger.
Sadly he was helpless that slave trading was legal to their kingdom.
He has no choice but to irritate the slave traders in his territory or jurisdiction.
When he recalls the person who saved him he gives a smile on his face. That person then taught him how to fight. To take advantage of his rabbit-like speed for a month before that person left.
He was created as a result of his specialized training. He, too, attends advanced school training.
The training he received from that person is still useful today.
That person never told him his name and told him that if they happened to come across him again. He would introduce himself.
But for Michael, who grew up without a father? That person served as his goal, father figure, and master (mentor).
He wanted to find this person, but he didn't even know what his name was.
Plus, it had been 25 years and he didn't know if that person still looked the same.
And currently, Michael is to preoccupy at his post as head of the Public Market of Oro Gold City.
