Third Rate Actor

Rihan remained unmoved from the presence of the three-fairy-like figures as he walked past them only leaving a few words.

"If you guys can remain standing in front of our clan's patriarch then you guys will have the chance to make your statement."

Rihan and the rest slowly disappeared from their sight while the others remained frozen.

'Such arrogance' Mu Tianbei's face turned red as huge veins appeared on his forehead. He had never felt humiliated like this. 'what does he mean remain standing in the Patriarch's presence? Does he think I'm so weak to bow down in front of someone else? I will show him.'

While his thoughts were clashing, the three girls also started to move following Rihan's path.

Meanwhile, inside the courtyard Ling Chu and Ddraig had a serious expression while Yuanba who sat next to them almost suffocated from their aura.

"Calm down or you might end up killing Yuanba from suffocation accidentally." Hannya's calm voice broke the silence.

Ddraig and Ling Chu suddenly felt embarrassed, how could they forget that Yuanba strength is not enough to completely defend himself from the pressure caused by their state of mind.

"We apologize Supreme Commander, it's just we were worried about the clan members who remained at the headquarters." The two replied in sync, to the extent that Hannya felt like it was practiced a couple of times.

"Hehe, it's okay. We don't need to act immediately. Let's wait for the news from Karasu-tengu." After a short pause, he continued, "I may not have any details about the old man who appeared but I have the confidence that Karasu-tengu would be able to act according to the situation. He followed me for a long time so I'm sure he can manage."

Although Draig and Ling Chu only joined Hannya in this world, they also believe that Karasu-tengu can manage especially now that they heard Hannya's confidence towards his subordinate.

Yuanba was able to breathe properly when the atmosphere returned to normal, he was glad that they realize his presence.

Before Yuanba could celebrate the newfound calm atmosphere, everything suddenly changed, the calm was replaced with turbulence, good thing Hannya covered him with his powers for protection.

Hannya's piercing gaze came and vanished in a flash, but several Sakura petals appeared in front of his eyes slowly swirled and expand outwards and slowly fell all over the place.

"It seems like Rihan-sama brought multiple guests, should we let them in? I can feel an ill intent coming from one person." Ling Chu paused and turned towards Hannya.

Hannya simply smiled.

"Let them, we shall see what they want. That is if they are worthy enough. Don't you think so?"

Ddraig calm face slowly revealed an evil smirk, showing his fangs, together with Hannya's faint smile.

It was one that would frighten anyone who saw it, as the faint smile was wicked and murderous, as if haunted with souls of the unrest which paints a scary sight.

Yuanba suddenly felt that he was a good person trapped in the Devil's den when he saw the expression the three revealed.

Well he wasn't far from the truth. Hannya is indeed a devil incarnate, who spread his name together with fear all over the world. He can be considered a demon Lord, from another world.

It didn't took long before they could hear footsteps coming close.

Meanwhile, Rihan together with the two factions, namely the Frozen Cloud Asgard and Heavenly Spear Thunderfire Fortress walked into the depths of the Nura Clan's temporary quarters.

The place where the Nura Clan's mysterious Patriarch currently resided.

As they went deeper they could feel the presence of countless experts from Heavenly Sword Villa guarding the place. When Chu Yuechan who was following Rihan's group walked in, the first thing that grabbed her attention was the symbol of 'fear' attached near the entrance, though it wasn't emanating any pressure but it gives her an odd feeling.

It didn't took them long enough to finally see the person they wanted to meet.

Ling Chu,Ddraig and Yuanba can be seen respectfully standing behind Hannya, and the entire atmosphere felt heavy.

Hannya didn't bother looking too much, He simply gave them a glance and turned towards Rihan who only shrugged and sat next to him casually, Gyuuki also made his way behind Hannya joining the rest. Qin Wushang and Princess Cang Yue sat at the corner to observe how the situation would play out.

Chu Yuechan was observing Hannya as well, the moment she entered the place and was a bit stunned by the latter's appearance that can only be described as; Heavenly.

His features were delicately sculpted; perfectly arched eyebrows framed a pair of hetechromatic eyes, and a straight chiseled nose sat atop lips akin to a budding rose, adding the markings beneath his eyes which added mysterious elegance.

She had seen her share of attractive guys especially in this world full of martial arts but the man standing before her seems to be cut from a higher level of cloth.

Yuechan didn't dwell too much on Hannya's appearance and tried to estimate the strength only to realize that she couldn't see through him.

On the other hand Mu Tianbei also realized the same thing the only difference is that they came into different conclusion.

For Yuechan, she felt that Hannya is simply too powerful that she can't see through him while Mu Tianbei thought that Hannya was using an artifact to hide his lack of strength acting mysterious.

This difference in thought can be seen, Yuechan's expression showed respect while Mu Tianbei's expression revealed the opposite.

With haughty laugh he glared at Hannya, "So you were the Patriarch of this clan. You can now stop acting mysterious and withdraw from the tournament." Mu Tianbei was observing the Nura Clan while he spoke. Seeing that there was no response, he thought that the other party was scared, he became even more bold, "Hahaha, you guys should just quit and join me instead of following this clown leader."

He felt that his worries were unfounded when Hannya didn't respond. Dark thoughts started to form in his mind as he looked at this clan.

"Hmmm, not bad. You look completely awesome acting like a tough guy. What do you think of his performance Supreme Commander?" Ddraig looked at Hannya pretending to be serious while holding his laughter.

"Heh, I think he should be able to pass as a third rate actor. Don't you guys think so?" Hannya smiled, amused by Tianbei's antics.

"Indeed, his performance is good enough for a third rate actor. Should we recruit him for entertainment?" Ling Chu added while trying his hardest to remain calm.

Their 'normal' conversation was like a hammer that slammed Mu Tianbei.
