chapter 5

"I think I made a mistake selecting teenage newbies to come on this job" A voice said. They were all seated in the chairs in the hallway, waiting patiently for Suki to appear. They looked up and saw a man staring at them angrily.

"Good day sir, can we help you?" Roshni asked boldly

"I actually don't think you can, so I'm sending you all back" The man said

"Sending us back to where?" Abel asked

"To your parents of course.." he responded, angry

"I think this man might be a top boss at work" Abby whispered to Ese earning a nod.

They were all sad and scared that they might be going home— especially since the artists just arrived.

"We're sorry if we've offended you in anyway sir" Abby said standing and giving him a deep bow. "It's just that when we arrived here yesterday, before we could settle in, Miss Suki had already left to the site so we decided to get familiar with the place like she asked us to. But the other workers in the building didn't let us, the kept asking us to do this and that…."

"That's not an excuse!" He shouted, cutting her off. "You should've gone back to your dorms and stayed there. But what do you do instead? You let a security guard chase you around like chickens, then you go swimming in the water!"

"But sir, all Suki told us to do was wait till she comes to take us to the site. She didn't tell us what to do while we waited" Roshni said

"I wasn't done talking young lady, seems like you want to be first to leave" He said so slowly and viciously that Abby that had wanted to speak shut her mouth.

"You're all here. And I see you've met our Manger for this project, Mr Gu Jun Pyo" Suki introduced

"What!!?" They chorused   "Does she mean Lee Min ho?"

"He doesn't look like him though.."

"Of course I don't look like him! I'm me...myself and he's himself"

"Why is he getting worked up about though?" Lin whispered

"Maybe people must've have compared them a lot before" Roshni said with a smirk

"You all should go rest up, we will be leaving for the site very early tomorrow. You will each be assigned to a senior that you'll learn from for the duration of this filming" Suki said

"Yes ma"

"Watch over these kids Suki… I wouldn't want to get a report of either of them sneaking into the artists' rooms or disturbing them in any way, is that clear?'

"Crystal. But you don't need to worry about that sir, my kids are smarter than that" she winked at them , making them smile and relaxed

"Well, remember they are teenagers; children, they could create nuisance at any time especially that one with short hair" he said pointing at Roshni yet she smiled at him as he left.

"I think you should pack your bags and head for the next bus home tomorrow" Lin said to Roshni. They all laughed and got shooed to their rooms to prepare for the opening ceremony.

Early the next morning, shooting started officially. There was ribbon cutting and motivational words by various directors and producers before the artists were asked to change for the shoot.

"Woah! They are actually here aren't they?" Lin said excited

"Yeah…like, I can see Jimin up close right now!" Ese squeaked

"Get it together you guys…this is what Mr Gu was trying to say when he called us teenagers" Abel said laughing at their excitement.

"Allow them Abel. Along their not trying to sneak into people's rooms, it's fine" Roshni said looking at reddened Abby

"Are you guys supposed to be here?" A girl with dark hair and ID that's different from thiers asked

"Yes" They said

"Then why aren't you assisting on set?"

"We are. We're just here to learn professional lightning and since that's over for now, we decided to stay here and watch" Roshni answered for the group. They've kinda taken her as their group leader now.

"We could use some extra hand though" she said smiling

"Help with what exactly" Lin asked with one brow raised suspiciously

"We are a little short staffed on 'extra hands' if you know what I mean" She said

"You mean errand people?" Ese said frowning

"Yeah you could say that" she confirmed, unfazed by their expressions

"I'm also an errand person but the work much more than they thought ten people could handle" she explained

"How exactly are ten people supposed to…oh..! My bad" Lin said, rubbing his neck

"Yeah.. so do you see why I need your help?" She asked with a smile

"Okay!" Ese and Abby said at the same time making everyone—including themselves—surprised

"Are you sure?" Roshni asked

"Yes… we won't have much to do around here anyway, so this can keep our hands busy" Ese said

"And there's a plus too, we get to see the artists more closely!.." Abby said

"Now you're saying the truth" Roshni said laughing

"Since that's settled, would you mind joining us to arrange their dressing rooms? I mean you have to go in and out slot but I promise that's the only hard part in…"

"If you're saying what I think you're saying, I don't think you need to explain anything to me" Ese said

"Ok then, we should get moving before…" Ese, Lin and Abby have a head start by racing off as soon as the girl speaks, startling a few crew members around them.

Roshni and the rest got their and met them delegating where to go where not to go, what's proper and what's not proper. It was chaos!

"What exactly are they getting worked up for? Isn't it just to arrange a few clothes and shoes?" Abel seriously couldn't understand his co-workers at times like this.

"Did you say Just!?" Roshni and the girl shouted in disbelieve

"Okay, okay I get it… you both are in on it" Abel said moving away like they were infected

"I didn't think you'd be a k-pop fan"Roshni said to the girl

"Are you kidding!? That's why I applied for the job in the first place" she said laughing and Roshni laughed too. "I'm Roshni but Lin calls me rush"

"Nice to meet you, I'm Back Dam yul or Dam yul for short" Roshni shook her hand "Nice to meet you"

"OMG! Roshni YOU NEED TO SEE THIS!" Myrah shouted from one of the rooms.

"Stop being so dramatic, I'm on my way!" she shouted back and moved to the room with Dam yul.
