With a gasp, Luo Cheng woke up and sat up on his bed. His eyes wide open and his mouth gasping for breath.

It took him a solid 10 seconds before he completlely gained his consciousness and sense of location back.

He let out a deep sigh of relief as he realized he was in his room and the things he previously experienced were nothing more than a dream.

"Ha... that dream seemed so real."

He said as he got out of his bed and walked to his bathroom. He went to the sink and washed his face to calm himself down.

"Fuck... just how much of yesterday was dream?"

He asked himself as he pour some cold water on his face. He grabbed the towel and dried his face before looking at the mirror.

He was quite attractive man with strong features. His long brown hair matched his hazel colored eyes well and his build was quite thin.

A holographic black colored screen appeared in front of him with golden text printed upon on it.

He stare at the screen and rubbed his eyes to make sure he was not seeing things but no matter how much rubbed his eyes the screen did not disappear and no matter where he moved his face the screen seemed to follow.

He breath on his palm and smelled it.

"I am not drunk... The fuck going on? Did I do drugs yesterday...?"

A robotic genderless voice seemed to directly transmitted into his mind as the text on the screen changed into the words that got transmitted into his mind.

He flinched upon hearing the voice but he remained calm and kept looking at the screen with narrowed eyes.

"So... that was not a dream?"

He asked with doubt in his voice. In a corner of his brain he was sure he had gone crazy but in another... it all seemed to be true.

His eyebrows frowned in anger as he yelled. He seemed quite angry.

He sighed softly and rubbed back of head.

"Then forget it. I am a man who honors himself. I won't cheat just to get some random rewards."

He seemed quite tempted as he heard that but he quickly shook his head. He refused to let some money ruin his mind.

He said proudly with a smile before returning his gaze to the screen.

"And how am I suppose to manifest the card?"

"I just asked because I was curious... I am still not going to do any missions."

The screen disappeared from the vision and he sighed. He felt quite disappointed but at same did not wanted to pay attention to it as it seemed all bullshit.

He ruffled his hair once again and took a bath before leaving with a big smile on his face.

He drove his scooter to a cafe passby. He had gotten text from his girlfriend that she wanted to talk about their future.

'Is she thinking we should get married...?'

He thought to himself; his smile becoming wider and more idiotic.

'I will also tell her that I finally have enough money to buy a house of our own. Then we can live happily and use the room downstairs to get rent.'

After driving for five minutes, he finally arrived at the cafe and it did not even take half a minute to find her.

His girlfriend was quite a beautiful women with... a lot of asset with a thin build. She had a very fair skin and had matching colored black eyes and hair.

He smiled warmly at his girlfriend and sneaked behind her. He put his hand on her eyes and whispered into her ears.

"Guess who~"

She winced the moment his hand touched her skin and she looked down hearing his voice. For some reason, she seemed quite... nervous.

"Luo... quit joking and sit down."

He chuckled lightly and hugged her from behind first before sitting on the chair in front of her still smiling like an idiot.

"Knew you would realize it's me me, Jiaoxian."

"..."

She stare at the floor; her eyes seem to flood with tears a little.

"I won't waste your time, Luo... I am breaking up with you. I am sorry but it's just you... you don't give me time at all. Please don't try to approach me ever again."

With those words, she got up and left hurriedly leaving him alone.

He was speechless. He did not even realize what happened to him yet.

He only stayed still looking at his front where she was sitting before but then he started to laugh. A laugh filled with joy and sorrow at same time... a long laugh which even attracted the attention of those close by.

"Poor child... it must be hard to be heart broken..."

"Yeah- he seemed quite happy when he entered the cafe. I thought they were quite cute but now... poor him"

People around him gossiped about him. Some people looked at him with pity while some with mockery but he cared about none. He kept laughing and laughing for nearly a whole minute.

"Ha..."

He ran his finger through his hair and got up from the chair.

"Is this my unlucky day... or lucky?"

As those words escaped his mouth, the screen appeared before his eyes once again.
