"Why is she running away from me?" Bella inquired, staring at Mr Darlington.

"She is just shy. Give her some time," he replied.

"Shy? The Amber I know it's not a shy girl, " she muttered.

"She needs to pee, that's the reason," he replied.

"Oh okay," Bella replied and sat down on the chair. 

Amber finished taking a cold bath and rushed out of the bathroom. She opened her closet and took out a pink romper. It was the only thing that suited her mood. She took it and put it on. 

when the door flew open.

"Can't you knock?" she exclaimed, turning to face the person.

"Chill girl, why are you so moody today?" Bella inquired, walking over to her.

"Nothing, I just need a hug," Amber muttered with pouted lips.

"You should have said that earlier. I missed you a lot. You are one of the reasons I came back." she beamed, smiling widely at Amber. 

"I know the most important reason is your boyfriend, so how did you persuade your parents to let you come here? You know, they are too strict." Amber muttered.

"I was easy as long as you were involved. They approved of it, although I needed to go back home every weekend." Bella stated. 

"I just know they wouldn’t leave their darling daughter alone," Amber whined.

"Hey, stop it. You are acting as if your parents are also not overly protective of you." She teased.

"They are a little bit, but Daniel is the worst. He is too protective. Don’t touch my sister, don’t look at my sister, stuff like that." She muttered.

"Anyway, can you tell me a lie? I can tell my parents so I won’t go to school tomorrow?" Amber inquired, battling her lashes.

"Why? What's the matter, don’t you like your new school?" Bella inquired.

"There is nothing to like about it. That school is filled with a lot of bullies and racists. If I tell you the things I went through today, you wouldn’t believe me." Amber muttered and burst into tears, crying into Bella’s shoulder.

Bella didn’t know why she was down, but she just stroked Amber’s back to calm her down.

"Tell me what happened. I want to know." Bella muttered.

Amber wrinkled her nose and stared at her.

"Wow, my love, you are here," Daniel stated in a happy tune as he made his way into the house.

"Argh." Amber lamented putting her hand on her face.

"Don’t you know how to knock?" she inquired.

"Oh, shut up, lovely." He muttered, staring at Bella, who jumped into his arms.

He carried her in his arms, staring into her eyes.

"I missed you so much." He beamed.

"I miss you more." She muttered.

"No, I miss you morer." He protested

"Morer" is not even a word." She teased and kissed him lightly on the cheek. Amber screwed up her face, looking away immediately as she started hearing smooching sounds. She slowly turned her head and saw Daniel kissing her so passionately.
