Looking for the portal day 1

Isabel wakes up, her body is leaning on the edge of the pool.

Phew! what a dream. Close to a nightmare. She stared at her hand, but there is no globe.

She laughed at herself, it must be her great desire to come back to Novalia that she dreamt of a solution. She wipes herself dry and puts on a night dress.

She so wanted to drink alcohol, but she can't anymore if she wanted to get cured.

She dragged her tired body to her bed. Her clock says it's a few minutes past nine. She slips in her covers and closed her eyes.

She falls asleep quickly again.

And for the love of god she had another dream.

That small boy he met in her dreams when she's in Novalia.

"You're back, you don't have parents anymore?" She asked him, because the last time she attempted to bring her over, the boy sadly told her that he still had parents.

The boy didn't answer but runs away, he wanted her to chase him.

"Wait! Where are you going?!" Isabel calls.

He answered her with tiny giggles like he was the happiest kid in the world.

He runs toward the sacred stone garden, he is sitting on one of the square stones when she finally catches up with him.

"What is this all about, please don't tell me I'm into another nightmare." She can't believe she is pleading with her own dreams.

The boy stood up, faced the smooth boulder where he had been sitting.

"See here, it says to wipe the surface of this black marble." Her eyes got bigger when the kid reads the inscription.

"How did you know how to read this?" She asked, but wipes the surface of the stone with her palms.

The kid shrug and said "I don't know."

He raised his shoulders and hands looking very cute.

"Alright! Wait here so we can read more okay?" She patted the cute boy's head.

"Okay, Ma." He answered and climbs to one of the stones to sit.

"Good boy." and gave him a smile.

Wait, what did she call her?

"Okay, can you tell me your name?" She asked while still observing the child's features, could he be her future son?

The boy giggled pointing at the stone and commented. "You are rubbing the stone very hard."

He struggled to climb down from his seat and went closer to her.

"You should do it like this." He said while gently wiping the stone's surface.

Like he has done this before plenty of times.

"Hey kid who's your parents." The child is taken aback and puts his thumb in his mouth.

"Come on don't be scared." She gently probes the kid.

He looked up like he was asking permission from someone, he is just a toddler that is puzzled by the instructions.

"Come here, tell Ma, it's okay." That is a sneaky tactic she made.

But before the kid can answer, something ejected from the stone, like a secret compartment, similar to the wooden chest in Elizabeth's bath.

"Then a crystal globe that looks exactly like what Elizabeth gave her rolled from side to side of the narrow stone compartment."

The globe rolled left and right inside the narrow compartment.

Oh, my god, another one? It's the replica of what Elizabeth gave her.

Is this different though since the kid leads it to her?

What is this, are they on a Dragon Ball Z saga?

She shook her head in an attempt to wake up. However, a cart passes by and she recognized the driver. It was one of the guides she met at the car on their way to the cove.

"Hey do you need a ride?" she asks and gave her an "Alex Standard" smile.

Her eyes widened in shock. She is not dreaming! Wait, what just happened?

She secretly pinches her arms.

It hurst! She totally awake and she really holding the stone box where the globe rested.

"Are you okay?" The guide asks her. Because looks flabbergasted.

"Yes, I'm good! And yes, I need a ride, please?" she asked politely.

"Sure! But what's that you're carrying?" the guide casually asks.

But fuck, she didn't know what to say. Think! Think Isabel quick!

"Ah uhm it's actually my ah.." Nothing comes out

F! She cursed in her head.

"Ah okay, I get it, don't need to say it." The guide might or might not get it. Because she didn't even get it.

"That's unique looking urn though." Her driver said.

"A what?! Oh haha yeah that's right" She was surprised with the urn thing but took it back and nodded hard.

They thought she already was getting ready for her death. That's normal and saved her from trouble.

"What were you doing in the sacred stones?" This girl surely knows how to ask questions.

"Oh, I was trying to a-a Uhm m-meditate, yes! Trying to pray for some guidance." That's a good lie, she thought, and mentally tap her back for a quick response this time.

"Well, hope you got some clarity in you." Gave her another smile and dropped her off in her yard.

"Sure did!" She answered exaggeratedly8. And waved the girl goodbye animatedly.

When the golf cart was finally gone, she ran to her house and locks the door.

Her hopes soared up.

The light of her living room reflects on the shiny, smooth and ebony stone box in her hands.

She excitedly opens it and held the globe in her hands.

It didn't reflect the sun like it was in her dream. Maybe this is the wrong one?

She really can't dismiss the Dragon Ball Z idea.

She raised her hand closer to the light maybe it will switch on.

The heck! now she has new dilemma. She didn't know how to use the globe.

"F!" She cursed loudly.

Although, she already has ideas of where the portal is. The last time she was directly transported to Novalia via the sacred stone garden.

Because the globe and the portal is already there.

She needs to talk to the little boy again. She needs his help interpret the inscriptions written on the stones.

She closed her eyes, on a meditative Buddha posture.

"Kid! kid..where are you, can you come back?" She summons the toddler loudly.

She tried prying open an eye to check, but, nada.
