The Gatherers job is to do a complete background check by any means with the following of an individual. The time needed to make an assessment of the individual to see if they are even worth being in the establishment of the family or the Blood Family. Some people are brought in for their skills in certain fields like say the soldiers, engineers, medical scientists and ect... Once they pass a particular test, they proceed to the next level. Certain skills are always in high demand and to have those in the power base of what is the need of the Family is collected by the Gatherer. p
