Unexpected Visitor (3)
'That call is really well-timed. I missed...' Gin mused inwardly, knowing the mistake he made.
His arrow was supposed to hit Seven's heart but it missed its direction when Six called. Although it was an accidental mistake, Gin shrugged it off onto his mind as he knew opportunity will show in the future.
Gin quickly picks his bow up and swiftly moves out from his position, which is not too far from the group. In this way, he could continue using his sync to protect them from the two visitors.
"You can attack now!" Gin shouted before closing his mouth instantly.
Gin made the call loudly, for them to know that he was there but he wasn't planning on going out to fight together, as he doesn't want to expose himself now.

Hearing the shout, the group quickly runs towards Seven, who remained shocked when the arrow hits his shoulder.

Nash, with his insane speed, is now in front of Seven with his sword up as he is ready himself to finish it instantly.

His new sword that has a sharp blade, turned red as he raised it in the air and began to slash it towards Seven but failed to do so, when a shield stopped him at the same time, protecting Seven.

Nash quickly stepped back after he failed as he watch Six protect Seven from his slash, using his silver shield to do it.
Six didn't waste time as he grab Six's shirt and pull him away from the group, with his shield ready.

Seeing it, Nash reposition his grip on his hand and proceed to run once again. He knew that he couldn't kill Seven if Six was there.
Therefore, killing Six first was the better option.

Nash started to close the distance and activated his fire element to the fullest, going through Six's blind spot and starting his slashes with it.

Nash swings his sword in a smooth way like he was dancing but with a big body and durable shield, Six deflected it all nicely.

Grey, who placed himself in front of Nash, stayed in his place as the shield from Six was still there, continuing to bring his shield down.
Grey was on the losing side as he continuously budge, little by little. He knew that Six was much stronger, slowly making him shrink back.

Yet, Grey remained strong from the place as he knew this was the moment he had been waiting for, thus he needed to hold his shield up for Nash.

It was then Jia jumps from Grey's back with her axe raised up, surprising Six from it but he was so focused that he quickly retrieve his shield, and used it to deflect Jia's axe.

"Stand up, Nash! His feet are unguarded! Injure it!" Jasmin shouted, making Nash move swiftly.

Nash quickly get his sword that had fallen and moved towards Jasmin's orders.

Hearing the shout, Six quickly moved and use his shield to blast Jia away before placing his shield at the front.

Sword and shield collided but Six didn't idle around as used his big hand to punch Nash to the side.

But, as Six punched towards Nash's direction, a shield had appeared and prevented him from damaging Nash.
Grey, who defended Nash once again, looked at Seven with a serious face. He was glad that he was there at the right moment.

Nash fixed his grip and tried to go at the other side to hit injured Seven but with Six in there, he quickly gets out with Seven being held by him.

Seeing him getting away, everyone started to move by running at him and salvo Six with attacks.

They tried to produce deadly damage to Six but they just can't. With an armor that seems good for projectile and magic attacks and a shield for frontal, it only inflicts cuts and bruises but that's all.

Realizing that Six is only waiting for them to be exhausted, the group one by one step back to take a moment of a breather.

'All of them are coordinated at each other well.' Six mused inwardly, 'They even knew when to go in and out. Even though they're rookies, it's impossible for their moves to flow naturally when they're only a team for a week. And...'
Six wiped the blood on his mouth while he looks at the crowd, before continuing, 'And, that archer is good too. Is that their other guy? But, the guy Seven killed only mentioned six people. Sigh, I don't really know what is happening...'

'Those smart ass bastards!' Six cursed inwardly before he began to bend his knees low before jumping really high towards Seven's position.

Watching where Six is falling, Jasmin gave out another order, "Fall back!"

Hearing the shout on their backs, the four who are running instantly stop and quickly fall back to their supposed attack on Seven.

As soon as they retreat, a booming sound was heard from the back with their attention diverted towards it.

They saw clouds of dust scattered from where Seven is staying. As the dust slowly disappeared, Six revealed himself in it and give a death glare at the group.

With the smokes completely disappearing, the ground on where Six had landed formed cracks. He wiped the dust on his clothes as he looked at the person he was protecting a while ago.
"Seven. Change of plans. No more kidnapping." Six said as he readies his shield again.
"I know, Six." Seven answered as he finally removed the arrow from his shoulder, before he continued, "Let's just kill all these bitches."
Six smiles upon hearing the answer before he laughs loudly, "Hahaha! The situation has been revised now, huh. After we do that, we could kill all the newbies next."
Six used his big hands to help Seven stand up, still on guard throughout the talk he had with Seven.
"I was supposed to say that, Seven." Seven answered as he properly position himself, "Hehe, let's—"

It was then he was interrupted by the arrow that is coming fast towards him. It just suddenly come out from the crowd.

Seeing it, Six swiftly moved to match the arrow's direction and used his shield to defend Seven.

'This bastard… we're talking here, you know!' Seven complained inwardly before he could see the rookies start to run again in their direction.

"Grey, get out! That guy is doing something strange and he's just waiting for you to come. Nash, Jia, Kisha, stop running at him!"
'Fuck! Just who is this guy?' Six mused inwardly as he would activate his inheritance if the four move closer but they all stopped when the shout ordered them to.
"Looks like you're an acquaintance of these guys. Do you know them? Come out!" Six shouted with a taunt as he wanted to catch a glimpse of the guy.
"Geezer, do you take me as an idiot? Like hell would I come out!" Gin answered after done making another nullified arrow.
At the moment, Gin understood that his nullify ability can't pierced through when it is something hard.

Gin began to activate his new ability as he saw Seven doing something weird at Six's back.
Then a realization hit his head as Gin finally understand his mistake. He saw Seven smiling as he pinpoint his location through the voice only.

"Now Seven!" Six ordered Seven, who guessed Gin's location at the shout.

If Six moved and decided to defend himself from Nash, Jia would find a way and go towards the opposite side. It was the same on Nash if Six decided to defend himself on Jia.

After some time past of attacking Six, who decided to defend himself from Nash's attack, Jia decided to do a heavy blow by using her axe to the fullest to hit the armor on Six's legs that she had been hitting earlier.
And, the result was his armor breaking.

"Urgh!" Six let out a pained groan, turning his head to look at Jia.
Furious about it, Six clenched his fist and throw a punch at Jia on her face.

"Jia!" Laura worriedly shouted as she quickly go towards the smiling Jia who heal her.
The three near Six looked at him for a moment before stepping back towards Jia. They took quick glances at her and saw that she was okay.
Even though Six had to keep defending, it doesn't mean that he will just accept the damage he had been accumulating.
He will most likely find a chance too.

He, Grey, and Kisha looked at each other for a moment and give a nod before they started to dash in Six's direction.

Gin would've shot Seven after he saw that it was the right timing, but he suddenly felt weirded out by Six's actions he just saw at the moment.
After Gin thought about it inside, he suddenly felt shivers right down on his core.
Gin didn't know the reason why but he loudly shouted, involuntary, "All of you, fall back! Nash, Grey, Kisha! Retreat! Everyone, retreat and escape to that big man!"
Hearing the familiar voice, the three instantly stopped and swiftly gets away as per Gin's order.
The newbies, on the other hand, stayed in their places and didn't move. They felt that Six was just readying himself to fight the rookies and they're all silent about it as they wouldn't get involved.
The shout thought it was a warning for the group but they didn't know it was also a warning for them. Some listened but the majority just let the warning pass from here ear onto another.
'Shit! Just die then! I already warned you all!' Gin said inwardly as he also started to run away from Six if he decided to target him first, hence he needed to get away as possible.

After successfully grabbing the woman, Six smile at her devilishly and was about to crush her head when all of a sudden, a shout could be heard on his far back.
