"Wendy," Donelvo said with a chilling tone. "Your cooperation with me is vital if you wish to secure your freedom and protect those you care about...Join me now, and together, we will take down your entire family."

Wendy's mind raced contemplating the choice before her. Was he kidding her? Join him and take down her family in the middle of event's that were going on? Perhaps not. The burden of her actions and her responsibilities bore down upon her, but she refused to let fear dictate her path.

Taking a deep breath, Wendy stepped forward with her gaze locked with Donelvo's. "You.... if that's what you're here for, I'll have you know that I refuse to be manipulated," she declared. "I will face the challenges ahead with integrity and honor. No matter the outcome of this may be, I will not compromise who I am as Wendy Celeston!
