Chapter 186: Stunning

The spectators were left in a stunned silence, the aftermath of the intense clash resonating in the air. Misty lay on the ground. She struggled hard to push herself up. The battle had taken its toll, and her energy was significantly depleted.

With a visible effort, Misty managed to utter a few words,

"It's... not over... yet."

Misty's fingers twitched against the ground as if she were to push herself up, but her body seemed unwilling to heed her command.

The crowd held its collective breath; time was running out, almost to the end of the countdown. And with a will that must have equaled in force the sheer force of her body, Misty's fingers clutched into the ground, and she willed herself to her hands and knees.

The spectators held their breaths, their hopes and anticipation riding on Misty's every move. Among the spectators, Wendy's eyes remained fixed on Misty. she murmured to herself, "Come on, Misty. You've got this. I know you can do it."
